On time and friendly staff. Good customer service. Staff answered all questions and were professional.
Our elderly neighbor uses AB Medical Transport and asked for me write the review because he (James) is not able to. He rates AB Mediacal as one of the best Transport companies he has used; the driver that normally picks him up is very personable and makes him feel safe and comfortable.
This is Susan, we called this morning to have my mom transported to get an x-ray. They were very quick to answer. I needed to check with my brother first and they texted me to follow up and see if I had decided or not. Then when we did decide they were at the house within 30 minutes because we live out of the area. we encountered some difficulty getting the gurney into the room and they were able to overcome it. I would definitely refer them to anyone who needed help. Thank you very much.
Very responsive, and sharp. Answered my phone calls every time and the whole experience was comfortable. Needed a gurney and they showed up within an hour for my mom.
