Outstanding and Reliable Medical Transportation - Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of using A B Medical Transport during my trip to San Jose for the GTC conference, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. As a wheelchair user, reliable transportation is crucial, and unfortunately, my initial transport company failed to show up after an hour of waiting. Thankfully, the conference's transport coordinator called Hani, the owner of A B Medical Transport, who stepped in immediately to help. From that moment on, Hani and his team took exceptional care of me. They provided seamless transportation between my hotel and the conference center every morning and evening for three days. On my last day, Hani personally ensured I got to the airport on time and even assisted with my luggage, making the process stress-free. What stood out most was their punctuality--every driver was always on time--and their professionalism. Hani's dedication to his clients is truly commendable. AB medical transport was amazing! We needed to get Grandma home from the emergency department at 1am. Usually, we call a taxi service that the insurance uses but they informed us they don't have wheelchair accessible vans in the evening. We Google searched wheelchair transport 24 hour service and AB showed up. I called them and they answered right away and they accommodated our last minute request. They gave me a quote over the phone and told me to let them know when Grandma was discharged and they'd be there in 20 minutes! When we were informed that Grandma was getting discharged, Hanni, was on his way and arrived 20 minutes later. There was a wait but Hanni waited for us while Grandma finished getting discharged. We drove carefully and safe and got Grandma home and helped bring in all the belongings. This was our first time using AB Medical Transport and it won't be the last!

The staff at AB Transport were fantastic! I hired them to transport me home after I had a serious spine surgery that required me to get a gurney transport back to my home about 30 min away. I was really nervous about hiring a service to help me but they did everything right. When I called them to set up the service, they were kind and helpful. Surgery is unpredictable so I had no idea what time I would be released from the hospital and AB Transport was willing to be on stand by until I was released - meaning that when I texted them to give them 20 minutes notice of my release, they were ready to come to the hospital and were on time to retrieve me. When they arrived, they were patient with me as I worked with them to add pillows and supports to keep my spine incisions correctly supported while laying on the gurney. They were gentle with me as they transported me on the gurney out of the hospital and into the van. I was pretty grumpy from the pain and nausea, but they were very understanding with my somewhat challenging disposition. They drove slowly and carefully on the highway, and somehow got me home quicker than expected! They were super attentive to my pain and post-op nausea, checking in with me multiple times throughout the ride to make sure I had everything I needed to get through the discomfort of being fresh out of spine surgery. They were so helpful in getting me back inside my apartment safely and into my bed with proper pillows and supports. Then they gave me encouraging words about my road to recovery before they left. I was blown away at how smooth the whole experience was. I picked AB Medical Transport because they had so many great reviews. They were willing to take my request with less than a week’s notice and they were willing to drive me from San Jose to Santa Cruz, which many other transport companies were not willing to do. It was worth every penny and I’m so grateful that I chose them. Thank you so much for making a tough moment in my life more easeful and for showing me grace when I was so grumpy from the pain and nausea.

Every experience over the last month with AB Medical Transport has been good for my client and me. Some drivers are slightly more experienced than others, but they have all been helpful and kind and drive well. They've all been on time on both ends of our journeys, which is important, as well as understanding when the doctor's office is running behind. The vehicles are clean and well-maintained and I feel safe riding along with them. I would recommend AB Medical Transport for anyone's non-emergency medical transport needs.
