I work in the area and was on my way to work one morning when my 2015 chevy silverado lost a majority of braking power, making it very difficult to stop safely. I have seen this before in another vehicle a long time ago (which ended up being a brake booster and master cylinder). I thought my truck was having the same problem. This issue was something that needed to be addressed ASAP. I called around and Addison Automotive Services was the only company in the area I was in that could take a look at it ASAP. I carefully drove my truck the 5 blocks it took to get there. I was able to drop it off and get a diagnosis within a few hours. Even though I thought it was the brake booster or master cylinder that had gone bad, it ended up being a vacuum pump that was going bad (much less money). They took the time to look at my entire brake system and saw that my brake pads, rotors and fluid were fine (it was replaced by another shop about 6 months ago). They were honest in their assessment and didnt try to upsell me on additional parts or services (which I very much appreciate). The truck had to stay overnight waiting on the replacement part to be delivered, but they were able to get everything working by end of day the next day (less than 30 hours after I dropped it off). I appreciate their honest diagnosis and ability to fit in a "walk in" without an appointment (something harder and harder to find these days). I would not hesitate to use this shop again for repair services.

ALL the people at Addison Automotive are wonderful to deal with. I had some body work done after a fender bender and the car is as good as new. It was easy to get updates during the process and the complimentary shuttle is plus. I would definitely recommend them and would be a return customer.

Excellent service and prices! Came in for an alternator repair expecting a $1000 repair and the lovely people at Addison Automotive diagnosed the actual problem (The fusebox), charged me a fifth of what I expected to pay, and made sure that this would never become a problem again while also keeping me updated during the process. I’ve heard and read horror stories about warranty companies and was recommended to Addison Automotive. Sherry and her crew walked me thru all the steps they were taking to replace a cam shaft in my Jeep Gladiator and delivered as promised. Engine runs better than ever; we will continue to take my Jeep and my wife’s Jeep for service.
