I’ve dealt with a lot of auto shops and no one compares to Sherry. The level of care and going out of her way to try to help her customers is second to none. She assisted me with a truck I purchased and giving me advice as to dealing with the dealership who sold me the truck. In addition to that, helped me find other alternatives to getting my truck fixed. And of course the work they do is top notch as well.
Great service, very detailed in making sure my son's car was working fully functional before leaving. They called us and checked up on us even after to make sure we had no other issues. A great price for ensuring we are safe and all issues were addressed with vehicle. Would recommend over and over again. You will not be disappointed in the service you get. You can't put a price on safety for your family. A lifetime customer.

I was referred to Addison Automotive by a friend. Best decision They are absolutely wonderful. Sherry is very personable and very smart about cars. Her husband, Alfredo is the mechanic and definitely knows about vehicles. I verbally told Sherry about what needed to be repaired and they did it. What makes them so special is they did not come back and tell me all the other things needed to be repaired before they would do the work. They listen to you and give recommendations for things you might want to consider in the future. I give this shop a 5 star rating. Hard working and extremely friendly. Sherry at Addison Automotive Service took great care of me when I brought a vehicle to in for a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI). They did a thorough investigation of the car and let me know all the good, bad, and ugly details and advised me about what needed to be done to it now, and in the near future. If you're looking a pre-owned vehicle, do yourself a favor and see Sherry for a PPI so you can know what you're getting into. Highly Recommended!!
Amazing experience! While in the DFW area for work my vehicle began to shake while driving. I checked online and Addison Automotive had excellent reviews. Upon arrival I met with Sherry who was extremely polite and knowledgeable about vehicles. A prompt evaluation of my vehicle revealed I could not drive the car safely. Sherry agreed to repair by the next evening so I could get back home. I was extremely surprised to have Sherry call me at the end of the same day to say they finished it early. They also provided a very generous warranty on the work. 1st rate customer service with quality repairs. I highly recommend Addison Automotive “happy customer”.
The owner of this garage is a human being who has EMPATHY and UNDERSTANDS what it's like to be a human being trying to survive DFW in 2025. If you can get your car to this garage, do it. Well worth the trouble. I've dealt with so many toxic businesses these days, people who have have consolidated their business down to a formula so they can work out exactly how much they can squeeze out of you per transaction. This garage is the exact OPPOSITE of that. BTW ladies, I'm totally a dude, but if you are worried about being technobabbled into paying for stuff you don't need, and you just want to get your car fixed because otherwise your kid cant get from school to soccer practice 2 days from now or something? go here,this business is probably as LADY FRIENDLY as you can get.
I recommend Addison Automotive for your auto repair service. I had my transmission replaced there and I am happy with this service. The staff is extremely friendly. I am in a wheelchair and have limited transportation . They understood my transportation needs and picked up the vehicle and returned it to my home. I trust Addison Automotive with my vehicles. Amazing work! Did a weekends worth of work on my own but couldn't quite finish the last bit on my own. Trusted Addison Automotive to finish he job and they didn't disappoint! Sherry did an amazing job with contact and communication through the entire process in just one day and had my car ready within a few hours. JD was very kind and straight to the point. My Jeep Liberty struggled to start, would over heat while idling and my heater was out. Walked me through the checks they would run and called me with my estimates and a game plan. Also changed my oil for me which was definitely needed. Will definitely be going to them with any future issues.
