We’ve hired Aguilar Construction for several projects and have been very happy with their work every time! They are professional, quick, and the quality of their work is excellent. They painted the exterior of our home beautifully and installed flooring in our children’s room. We also had them patch up our living room ceiling after a leak. When I say they finished quickly, I mean so fast I didn’t even have time to finish picking up toys before they were done! And you’d never know where the hole was—they even brought matching trim, which I had completely forgotten about. They noticed it and made sure our living room looked great. So thoughtful! Everything has turned out great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone skilled and dependable. We’d definitely hire them again!

We used Aguilar for a small job, installing a custom pantry door and replacing another interior door. Communication and professionalism was superb. Everything was itemized and invoiced just as discussed before the start of the work. Wonderful follow up, no cost over runs, and job completed in the time stated. I look forward to using them again for larger renovation projects in the future.

Our experience started with our shower leaking in April. We immediately noticed and began to isolate the issue. When we called Aguilar for an estimate, they responded within the day and setup a time for the visual inspection. Not only were they on time, but were compliant with covid precautions. They were very friendly and explained what they were looking for and got what he needed. soon our estimate came in highlighting a breakdown of the possible costs. it broke down the costs into different categories and the individual services under each category. it was great. It let my wife and I know exactly what was going into each category and service. One thing that was both a bit stressful and nice was that we were given a period of time (about 3-4 weeks) to order appliances, fixtures, and small stuff. I was a bit worried that shipping delays d/t covid was going to delay the remodel, but it turned out to only delay it by a few days at worst. I appreciated that they gave me time to order everything. If I were to do it again, I'd have a small list of possibilities ready to go before signing a contract to be a bit more prepared. the work they did was quick and well done. My wife and I loved seeing the progress being made daily. Every time a bill was sent, It was sent electronically which let me get back quickly. It also broke down what the bill covered. I loved the itemized list they provided. There were a couple times where they contacted me and suggested changes. whenever this happened, they explained the benefit, cost, and reason for their suggestion. the clarity allowed me to make easy decisions quickly. The work followed the estimated timeline closely. Anytime delays occurred, it was due to shipping delays and not working related problems. In the end, they finished the job within the a week of the estimated timeline (around the beginning of June). I can wholeheartedly recommend Aguilar Construction. There is a language barrier sometimes, but I appreciated their willingness to work around my wife and I's schedule and give us a wonderful new bathroom that we are enjoying thoroughly. IMO, the price we paid for the project was worth it.

Aguilar Construction did a fantastic job rebuilding our 38-year-old wrap-around porch. Luis, the project manager, updated us daily as to the project(s) for that day. He worked with us as changes were requested and he offered solutions to potential problems. Every crew was friendly and professional. Their work area was cleaned every day which shows their pride in their work. We highly recommend Aguilar.

We absolutely love working with Augilar Construction! The team has renovated our back house, our kitchen, a bathroom, master closet and more over the years. What we like best about Aguilar is the communication process. It’s rare to find a contractor who understands that communication is extremely important. They always let us know what they’ve done, what’s next, what time they are coming etc etc. It’s refreshing!

Great quality custom home service

I was very impressed with the speed, efficiency and quality of work they did while replacing drywall in my garage walls and ceiling and working on my electrical issues. They also did the same work in my master bathroom and kept the room very clean each day. They used different teams for each job and at the end of each day everything was cleaned and back in place. They also built a large brick patio for my BBQ area with a couple of brick flower beds along the edges. The patio is absolutely beautiful! I'm very pleased with their work and will use them in the future!
