All-Star Mobile Auto Detailing

September 2021 update: My second car detail did not go as well. They left a fair amount of soap on my interior windshield which I noticed when the car was out of the shade. I tried to remove it but made it worse. I called Ron who initially was dismissive but seemed amenable to fixing the issue. Subsequent calls to Ron were not returned. I rely heavily on reviews myself. Based on the reviews for this provider, I chose them. My experience was entirely consistent with the others. This is an outstanding company. I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them in the future. Ronald is the best. He did a great job on my Tesla model S. Sincerely, Arvind Narayana

All-Star Auto Detailing is simply fantastic. I recently completed a cross-country roadtrip in my Defender, and both my truck and its attached rooftop tent were absolutely COVERED in dead bugs. I'm a bit of a "weekend warrior" and tend to wash my own cars by hand, but it was clear that I was in over my head on this one. Not only did All-Star Detailing manage to get all of the dead bugs off the truck, they also brought a level of contrast to the paint/trim that was better than the day I brought it home from the dealership. I am meticulous about both of my vehicles, and I trust them both completely with All-Star. The team is incredibly friendly and truly goes above and beyond with their work. Hire All-Star. You won't be disappointed!

I purchased the Bronze Detail Package from All-Star Mobile, and they didn’t disappoint! They were timely and on time showing up to the appointment, and did a wonderful job cleaning my Tesla from top to bottom, inside and out. I’ve never seen my vehicle this vibrant color of blue - Thank you All-Star Mobile Detailing for the wonderful service.

Great communication for scheduling and quoting. I am also impressed with the service. They took less than an hour to remove the stains I had in the backseats and it was nicely cleaned and polished. It is a bit pricey but they come to your door and clean it for you. I was happy with the work done ! Thank you for cleaning my car 🥰🙏

I really am happy with my All-Star experience. I was able to get my car buffed nice in a short amount of time. Their prices are also far better than other places I researched in the Cambridge area, especially when you factor in convenience. I was able to get my car detailed before work right outside my apartment! I highly recommend this company, and I just want to give my appreciation to Ronald for his great work!

Have used nearly 10 times I believe - generally once every quarter or sooner. My Mini SUV is kept in good condition, requiring minimal cleaning, so the lift isn't significant (The trunk and the backseat have covers keeping it protected). All-Star has been fine here. The frustration is: 1) Selling Gift cards at a discount, then when using them raising price without it being listed or notified prior by $100 + to make up for it. I'm fine with price increases for small businesses, but not when it's done dishonestly. I'd recommend not having gift card discounts you do not want to honor. 2) The All-Star team got into an verbal disagreement (on video) with a neighbour. I was not there to understand how or why it happened. I came out and separated the disagreement and was fully supportive to the All-Star team by default. Out of all the times we've worked together, this is the only non-positive experience they have ever encountered, and again I have no background of how or why it happened. They have cleaned my car multiple times since this interaction, no issues. They then help me book another appointment which I requested a month ahead + of the date, again with my remaining gift card balance. They confirm the appointment scheduling, then about a day before, even though we've had multiple appointments since, say they are canceling and can never clean the vehicle because of that altercation they had with a neighbour multiple appointments ago. (Note: My neighbour has never had any negative incidence with any one else.). I have been accommodating for any reschedule requests, etc. they have had through our time working together. I found it incredibly unprofessional to make up an excuse that logically doesn't even make sense to cancel an appointment over a month after confirming the booking at the very last minute.

Have used All Star Mobile twice now and, for the most part, they have been outstanding. I ordered a clay bar and exterior detail and the attention to detail was bar none. For my second detail I went with the silver package to clean out some of the interior grime that had built up. Overall, the detail was good but this time the attention to detail less so. The rims were left unbuffed and the lower part of the rear bumper and some places under the door handles were missed as well. Given the price of details I do expect better attention to detail. However, the staff have always been kind and the customer service great. I will still continue to use All Star. Hopefully, at the next detail no spots will be forgotten :) Update to review: 11/29/19 Had my car detailed for the third time by All-Star Mobile. Ronald and his colleague did a spot on job just like the first time I used their service. As always, he provides great communication before, during, and after the appointment which is greatly appreciated!

My car was in need of serious cleaning. I was able to easily set up an appointment on line with all-star. They have several services to choose from depending on what you need. They have also added a special pet hair cleaning service which is great if your dog is a frequent passenger. I am a very satisfied repeat customer. Oh - and the best part - this is a mobile service. They come to you - so no need to wait in an office or arrange drop off etc. Extremely convenient - excellent job - great customer service! UPDATE: I Google emailed me to tell me how many people had seen my review and that reminded me to write this update: I had the detail done in preparation to sell my car. I sold the car three weeks after it was cleaned. I initially went about getting several online estimates. In the price estimate questionnaire - I indicated that my car was in excellent shape. When I arrived at Car Max for their in person appraisal and written offer (contingent on mechanical inspection) - I was super shocked as they offered 2k more than all the online estimates. I was told that my car was stunning my multiple employees. Apparently having a car in pristine condition really makes a difference. The amount I paid All Star came back to me when it significantly increased my car value. I wish I had before and after pictures to show as my car went from a very messy car coated in dog hair to a showroom beauty!

Highly recommend All Star Auto Detailing! They did an excellent job on my car—it looks and feels like new again. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. Having them come to me made the whole process incredibly convenient. I’ll definitely be having them back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mobile detail.

All-Star did an amazing job on my car. I was shocked how much better it looked after. I had previously thought it was kept up well with regular car washes but a full exterior detail is in a different league. I was pretty impressed with the knowledge, care, and quality of their work. I had a chance to speak with them briefly as they we were working on the car. Very professional and friendly, answered all my questions. Would 100% use them again and recommend.
