I was very pleased with the auto detailing job this company did in my own driveway. They arrived and got right to work. They were very organized and efficient. My wheels were especially soiled with brake dust, but they got them sparkling clean. I will use them again.

I called All-Star after my dog had a very disgusting accident in my brand new car. They set me up with an appointment in less than 2 hours. Omar cleaned everything perfectly, better than brand new. Hopefully I won’t have another similar need, but I would definitely recommend and will schedule regular details with them.

My car hadn’t been detailed in six months. Kids, dogs and general everyday dirt. Ronald sent his team out and my car now looks as if it just rolled out of the showroom. I had the gold service and they actually waxed my car with an electric hand waxer! The guys were friendly, professional and fantastic. So easy to have them come to me I will be using all-star again!

Amazing experience. Ronald and Omar were professional, expert and a great team. My 2 year old Audi looks brand new. I will only use them going forward. If you want an amazingly clean car, call them.

Irene was super helpful and communicative from day 1 of the scheduling and she even got me a time slot a week earlier than originally planned. When the crew arrived they looked around the car to assess it and then went straight to work. After they had finished, they showed me everything they had done and I couldn’t help but smile. My car was spotless. I’ll definitely be calling them again

I wrote a review once before, and it holds true on the latest service, received yesterday: Ronald is a consummate professional when it comes to detailing, and he also knows how to deliver excellent customer service. He braved the threat of rain and did a superb job on my small SUV. When I took the car off the showroom floor brand new three years ago it didn't look as good as when Ronald finished detailing it -- my car has never looked better. Bravo to Ronald for a superb job!

Had a great experience with All Star! We had to reschedule because of inclement weather - communication was easy! The day we rescheduled for was very cold but they knew I was on a time crunch so they kept the appointment even thought the car was outdoors, brrr! I was concerned with a milk spill in the car. They paid close attention to detail and the car smells great now! I am very pleased with the results and will be calling them again!

I was very happy with the way my car looked afterwards. The all star mobile detailing staff was on time, polite, and professional. My favorite part was that I did not have to leave my home since they come to you! I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for car detailing.

I had my car detailed by them, with the $250 bronze package ($225 after using the discount code SPRING25). I specifically stated that there was no running water where they would be doing the detailing in my initial appointment request. Day of the appointment I left work early to meet them, only to have them tell me they can’t do the wash due to the lack of running water... they had to reschedule for 2 days later at 8am. Pretty annoying that I left work for nothing. A couple days later, the next appointment time rolls around and I receive a text saying they are running late and will call when they arrive. No eta was provided, so I texted back to see what time I could expect them with no response. i eventually called the number and was told they were 40 minutes behind because they got stuck in traffic (it’s Boston at 8am... there’s going to be traffic, how do you not plan for that?). I had to arrange to leave the keys out for them so they could do the appointment while I was gone. I came home after they washed the car and found items from my car strewn about my driveway. A knit blanket, water bottle, pack of gum, and ice scraper were just out there in the open. I inspected the car and found numerous places that were clearly not washed- the front grill, behind the mirrors, spots of the roof, etc. Ronald, the owner or manager, had me send photos of the bad spots, admitted that it was a poor job, and offered to come out to finish the work. I told him the last thing I want is to have to sit around and wait (for a third time) for their employees to wash a car, so he offered a 10% coupon on my next appointment (I think he got up to 15% after I told him I wasn’t interested in doing business was with him anymore). He refused to apply the discount to the work that was already completed. Overall just a horrible customer experience; no professionalism on their end, and they didn’t even do a decent job washing my car. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using them- go find a detailing service that actually acts like a business instead of a fundraiser car wash. Update: They offered me a $100 refund in exchange for taking down the review. I politely accepted the refund and stated I would update this review to reflect the refund given. So... here it is: I still wouldn't recommend using this service.
