The best selection of IPAs of any microbrewery in Kansas City! The staff, the atmosphere, and the beer are all top notch.
Alma Mader beers are Toppling Goliath and Weldwerks levels of quality. Go there! Tasting room is typical of small breweries, outside area is nice to get away from the crowd. Walk to Boulevard for barrel aged stuff. If you are a home brewer, listen to Riley (sp?), one of the brewers. She knows her craft!
Great beers with an awesome vibe! Owners and bartenders are extremely knowledgeable. Kid and dog friendly place plus bring some snacks/food to make a day out of drinking the best beer in the midwest. The new 32oz crowlers are perfect for to-go beers as well.
What a great new spot! We went in to check out this new craft brewery and were happy to find another gem. Not only is the space clean, open, bright, with a fun industrial look, the beer is top notch. Per usual, the Tamper (coffee porter using local Messenger coffee) was my favorite. Their Conjunction Kolsch was a close second and was a perfect summer sipper. We also tried both IPAS and they were delicious if that's your thing, I am not partial to them myself, but I know fans of IPAS will love them. The owner and bartender were so friendly and we really enjoyed our experience. I can't wait to see what other great things come from this place. Go check it out!
People listen - come try their beer right now! Support local and shop small and get yourself some cans and crowlers and tell all your neighbors to do the same. I can't rave anout this place enough! Owned by great people who know how to put out some incredible beers. From crisp pilsners to mindblowingly delicious hazy IPAs to chewy stouts they've been helping the KC beer scene become great since they opened their doors last spring. Keep up the spectacular work, doods!
Excellent beers, love the Hops, Ales, and Lagers. Fun, light, easy, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and educated staff. I am looking forward to my next visit. This place is a must to try a new brewery, it will become your go to!!
This is by far my favorite brewery in Kansas City. Actually, it’s my favorite brewery anywhere. You want a Pilsner with flavor? They’ve got it. An interesting take on an IPA that doesn’t overwhelm with hoppiness? Got that. A double IPA that is drinkable and smooth? Yep, that’s available. A pale ale that will blow your mind with complexity that is totally unexpected? This is your place. A porter or a stout that is imminently drinkable? What do you know, they have that, too! The rotating options make repeat visits worthwhile. And I’ve only described some of what they brew. My only request is that they find a way to make some of their beers permanent. But in some ways that would take away from the fun. Bottom line is if you love beer in all of its varieties and complexities, this is the place for you.
This is the best brewery in Kansas City. Exceptional lagers, excellent hoppy beers, and some of the nicest people you can find owning and working there.

Hands-down, the best brewery in town. If you're a fan of hoppy pale ales and hazy IPAs, this should be your brewery in Kansas City. Also, very dog-friendly (pics related). They were selling dog toys in 2021-2, but not sure if they still have any in-stock or are planning to produce more. They created a patio out front in 2022 for more space and food trucks are often around on the weekend.
