f only all businesses were like AAA! I’m converting my cargo van to a camper and wanted professionals to install the windows and electrical system, etc. I went to the right place. Cassie, Jon, and Marty were terrific about guiding me through the complexities of the electrical system install and were always respectful of my decisions and/or concerns. Cassie & Jon kept me updated about supply chain hiccups and build progress and never failed to schedule a conference call to sort through issues/questions. AAA is a very well run business. I got a fisher xv2 installed and was extremely happy with the service from start to finish. Bill Corey got the process started, answering all my questions along the way. Pricing was better than competition and install was very clean. First time customer, I own a fire alarm contracting business and took one of my new vans there to have shelving, ect. It was a great experience and the service was quick, but very professional. The interior looks great and everything was solid. I will definitely be bringing future vehicles in my fleet here!
I waited a while before I filled this out as I wanted to see if there were any problems with the heater & how AAA would react. We did have a couple of problems but AAA was quickly on it & we came to resolutions in a short time. I would rate AAA as a class organization focused on customer support & "doing the right thing" . I would classify Leslie, Jim & Marty as good people who will do what is needed to support the customer in a timely manner. I will use them again I'm sure!
Very busy place. Hard to find parking. But it is winter so I understand staff was wonderful. They got my van done in a day I needed side steps installed. They turned out great.
