Paul is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was super with callbacks and follow ups. He did a fantastic job outfitting my van along with coordinating the delivery of my new van dwn to the paint shop.
I’ve had a couple of vans unfitted by these guys. They do a great job and know their stuff The aftermarket windows on my work vans look like they were factory installed. I’ve also had Ranger Design draws and aftermarket seats added. They do it right. Very courteous, and responsive team. Thanks again !
Went in this morning to install an additional driveshaft loop on my van. Jim the sales manager was very responsive, he helped me identify and purchase the part a week prior, and sent me regular updates until the part came in.This morning I met Leslie the VP as she was opening the shop, Leslie welcomed me and brought me into the break room for complementary coffee while we waited for Martin the production manager to look at the van and discuss where the loop is going. After Martin looked at the van, he advised me that the loop is not needed as the van already had two of them, he could have very easily installed it per my request and charged me, but he was honest and told me I didn’t need it. I then asked the team if they could mount a fire extinguisher inside the van for me, Martin took the van in the shop and 15 mins later he brought it back with the extinguisher installed, he also added a strap that I didn’t provide. The team then decided not to charge me for the fire extinguisher installation as a courtesy, even though they didn’t have to. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the service and the treatment I received, I will definitely use AAA for all my future business van needs.
The customer service and transparency offered by Cassie and American Automotive Aftermarket were second to none. While we were not able to get the product we originally wanted anywhere in a timely manor due to supply chain issues, AAA helped us get a comparable sub in a reasonable time frame based on our needs. We will come back to them for the future needs of our fleet.
I had AAA install a cabin partition in my Dodge RAM ProMaster van. Gary was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with, providing a quick quote and one-day turnaround for the install. The quality of the product and the install are great. I would definitely go back to AAA for any other aftermarket installation needs.
My company and I have done business with AAA Work Trucks for years and we are most impressed with the quality of service, product installation and customer interaction. Kudos to Jim Burns and the gang for continued customer excellence and satisfaction. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of their product or service.
Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the quick and efficient work everyone at AAA has done for us, the van is much better than our older one (and luckily I get to drive it). The Ranger shelving is Durable and ergonomic, the placement of the shelving is perfect and really helps when I'm constantly in and out. We'll definitely be using AAA for all future work trucks!
American Automotive Aftermarket did a great job on our very custom cannabis transport vehicle. Cassie was great to work with and did a really good job outlining the process and timeline for us. The entire crew over there was super helpful along the way with our many questions. I'm sure we will be using American Automotive Afertmarket again!
Excellent service and very professional. Quick replies to emails and great help with looking for solutions I needed. Pricing is unbelievable and better than the competition! Had used them to buy conduit boxes for some of our vans where I work. Scheduling and installation was excellent. My employees boasted about how great they were treated while waiting and how they have a great shop. Can’t wait to do more business with them!
