I called to inquire about wholesale, and the lady (named sunny) on the phone refused to tell me what the steps were to move forward, and then got mad at me for asking again, and told me they wouldn't work with me. When working with businesses, a clear flow needs to be established for next steps, and it shouldn't feel like a puzzle. Gave a very "holier than thou" vibe, and I will not be using them for manufacturing due to this unprofessional interaction from Sunny. An update responding to this response: asking for next steps after you failed to clarify next steps is not disrespectful, but treating a customer who has questions poorly rather reflects poorly on you.
Absolutely horrible experience. Poor communication, unorganized and VERY unprofessional ended with my project not going to production with them
