Anderson did a great job with our roof replacement. I started out thinking the rating would be 4.8, because of one time lag with emails. However, so much happens with scheduling for a construction company, it comes down to resolution. Everything is about problem solving, and Jeff listened and acted in making us happy and satisfied. Nate did a great job communicating the entire process of how the insurance works with my claim from start to finish, so there were no surprises. He communicated everything as to when materials were being delivered and when the inspector would be onsite. I am very happy with my new roof and would recommend them to anyone.”

I am currently in the process of finishing my work with Anderson construction and this whole process has been a complete mess! Sean and Nate came to my house promising they were working with my neighbors which turned out to be a complete lie. It took them over a month to get the whole process started when they already had the check. Promised new window screens paint my fence fixed. Nate told my husband I am asking for unreliable expectations even tho they are the ones who made the promises for what they were going to do in a timely manner. Not to mention the roofers ripped up my fence and now my dogs are have escaped twice and have been impounded and they asked if we could “rig it up until they can get by to fix it” when I told them days ago that they broke my fence and have done nothing to fix it. Let them know that this is really and inconvenience and get a response that says sorry man. These people show up to your house hounding calling multiple times a day to get your contract and once they do it’s like customer service goes right out the door. Impossible to work with and quite frustrating! Do not recommend!!! If I could give negative stars I would!

Get an hold of Sean if you need anything done!! Anderson Construction did a great job fixing my roof! They were super efficient, professional and answered all of my questions! They are so good that now I use them for all of my construction needs!

I worked with Sean for my roof. There were a couple of issues with the insurance company, but they were willing to work with me on all of it. The process was very seamless and the roof was done in one day. They were easy to work with, and I recommended them to personal friends as well. No complaints.

Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible communication and customer service. Took over 7 months to complete work. Impossible to get ahold of anyone or get any sort of communication from company after the contract was signed and was constantly given different information from different people within the company. Caden and Jeff specifically. Weeks after completion I’m still waiting on my final invoice so I can be done with this place. Literally everything that could go wrong with my roof replacement, house painting and gutters, did go wrong. Would not recommend this company to anyone needing any sort of service. Would have rather given my money to a company that actually cares about their customers. I have no clue how this place is still in business

Anderson Construction replaced the roof of our home. Working with Tony Dargham, Sr. Project Consultant, we felt very valued, and very comfortable with his professionalism, punctuality and quality of service. Tony was always responsive to our many questions and concerns, thus - No matter what the problem, Tony brought our issues to fruition. Tony took his time to explain and assist with insurance claim process, thus making the insurance claim procedures, seem seamless. We love the way our new home exterior looks with the new roof installation. Our first, and overall experience with Anderson Construction was a very positive one. We will utilize your services in the future for our next home projects, and highly recommend your services to all of our friends and family.

EDIT: After discussing the matter with their representative, Andrew, he agreed to adjust the start time the next time they came out to a more suitable hour, which was greatly appreciated. I was surprised and disappointed to be woken up at 6:30 AM by the work starting outside. A little consideration for the timing would have been appreciated—waiting a couple more hours would have made a big difference. I understand the need to get the job done, but a more reasonable start time would go a long way in respecting the community.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with from day one. They overpromise nonstop, especially when it comes to “working with your homeowners insurance,” yet deliver absolutely nothing they claim they will. I started this entire mess back in 2023, and here we are...my roof still hasn’t even been inspected by the city. They started the roof replacement in 2024, but never bothered to actually complete the permit process. I repeatedly reached out to the person assigned to my project, asking for updates and next steps. Every single time, he fed me the excuses: “The city is backed up on inspections, but you’re on the list.” That was a lie. I finally pulled up the city records myself, took screenshots, and called them out directly. After that? Silence. They stopped responding altogether. The city’s permit system showed they didn’t even begin the permit application until 7/17/20204, yet the roof work was done in April. That means they were working illegally, without a valid permit in place. And to make it worse, their initial permit request was denied because Anderson Construction didn’t even have an active General Liability or Workers Comp policy on file. Completely unacceptable. Despite all of this — despite me chasing them nonstop through October 2024 — they still never completed the permit process. Then, a year later, I suddenly get an email with a “past due” final invoice, complete with late fees. The audacity. I contacted them immediately and told them, very clearly, that the job is not done, and I am not paying until the city performs and passes the final inspection. Only then would I pay them and wash my hands of this circus. Since then, they’ve had to send an engineer to my home just to complete a mid‑roof inspection via photos, which should tell you everything about how disorganized and unprofessional they are. And I’m STILL waiting on the final inspection to be completed. This company is a complete joke. Their project managers don’t communicate, they don’t follow basic legal requirements, they lie to their customers, and they absolutely do not care about the people they work for. I would never recommend them to anyone,not even as a warning, because no one should ever have to go through this disaster in the first place.
