They put all their effort into getting you to sign their contract, but once you've signed and they know they have your insurance money secured, you'll be dead to them. They make so many promises they do not keep--either they're intentionally deceptive, or they seriously don't know what the hell they're doing and don't know how to run a business. As soon as I insisted to have all communication in writing, I've had six emails in a row that went unanswered over the course of a month. My insurance company also said they would not communicate. It's been over a year since my relatively simple claim began and its still not settled. To be fair, their workers do great jobs, but their business side is absolutely dysfunctional and mostly non-existent. I would not waste another minute with this company.
After a recent hail storm Rob stopped by and offered me a free inspection for storm damage. Within a week he had my home approved for a new roof, gutters and siding and even got my insurnace to pay for my deck and fence to be repaired. I would have never known that I had any damages if it wasn’t for Rob and Anderson. They got the repairs done as promised and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service as well as great workmanship.

Working with Anderson and Tony was an easy experience. Tony was always available via phone, text or email and was responsive to all of our needs. Our roofing process took a few months and Tony was easy to reach. The crew was respectful and prompt and cleaned up after their work. Overall, we are so thankful to have our roof done well.
Working with Tony was an excellent experience. He was responsive and attentive to my concerns. I was most impressed with his communication during the whole job. Multiple sub contractors, multiple different days and even in the midst of Covid were no problem for Tony and his crew. I appreciated the multiple email communication and I was never "out of the loop". I was most impressed by his responsiveness on weekends and even at 10 at night. No matter what the problem, Tony was able to deliver. I highly recommend using Tony and Anderson Construction. I will most likely use Anderson Construction on other jobs in the future.
Sean and the team did a great job on my roof after a hail storm. They got a lot of money from my insurance company and then did a good job on the repairs.
Terrible communication from Anderson. They give zero information on their schedule start dates and times of days they will be operating. E.g., beginning very loud work before 630am with no prior notice waking us and our neighbors on both sides up. We asked week after week what their schedule would be only to get non-responses and occasional vague messages like “it depends on the weather” which is true but unaccountable.
“Worst experience ever with Anderson Construction! Do not trust them. Sean, who came to my house completely failed to keep the promises made in the contract. The scope of work outlined was ignored, and they cut corners at every step. What was promised was not delivered, and when we tried to reach out, we were met with silence or vague excuses. Communication was absolutely non-existent — we couldn’t get a single clear update throughout the whole process. JEFF, "the owner" explained some things but frankly, I don’t think he is legit. They made multiple promises to fix issues and then lied to our face, claiming things had been taken care of when they hadn’t. The lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking. I would not recommend Anderson Construction to anyone, and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere if you want your roofing project done right.”
