First of all, I had a Dr visit and my doctor told me during the visit he will be ordering blood work and a cardiac ultra sound. I walked out of the room and the associate took a quick glance at my file and said you are good to go. So I get home and received an email to log into Acension patent portal to review the notes from my visit. I logged in and under the patent care information it had “Follow up for blood work and cardiac ultrasound as scheduled”. I got curious as to why I didn’t give blood or why I didn’t get orders at the office visit so I called them back. The nurse associate told me she can’t see the notes on me in her system so she didn’t know. And then she said oh wait she wasn’t in the correct area in the program “hmm”. Then she transferred me to another associate and she said the nurse would need to call me back”OK”. Another nurse associate called me and said she can’t see what I was talking about”oh boy”. I explained it again and she told me she doesn’t see that information”unreal”. I asked her to get with the doctor to review his notes. Finally I received a call back and the nurse associate said the doctor approved and sent the orders to Premier Radiology. She then gave me a phone number for Premeir so I could call to see if they received the orders. She said call me back if they didn’t receive and she would hand deliver. I asked for a name and she gave me a name not knowing if it was a real name or not. I called Premeir and they said they didn’t receive any orders for me” of course”. So l proceeded to call the nurse back and it took going through three people / nurse associates telling each one of them why I needed to talk to the nurse “why”. FINALLY!!! I got the correct nurse and she said she would hand deliver but she knows for certain Premier has the orders”unbelievable”. Why does this have to be so difficult??? I will be searching for another primary care doctor soon.
I have been a patient of Dr. May's for several decades. He is a caring, well informed doctor.. the best! I never doubt his judgement and he has never disappointed me. I trust him and his helpers, completely.
Today I seen Dr.williams I could just cry right now. He's very understanding and I have not felt like this in a long time. He took his time. He has me to follow up with the doctors I need. He didn't yell at me. I was comfortable talking with him. Thank you again for your help. I could just cry I'm overly happy and not stressed about a doctor.
The receptionness is a five star, The nurse taking the Vitals is a five star, Doctor williams five star, Now to the reason why I give it a 4 star. This is the second time I have been at Saint thomas medical. The first time was in the afternoon last appointment. Had a long wait to see Dr. The reception said morning hours was better so I Made my next appointment for the morning, And I had the same problem this time,appointment was at eight o'clock didn't get to see the doctor till eight thirty? Last The nurse drawing my blood.No problem needle going in but, she was moving the bottles around and it Bruised that area pretty bad. So there you have it quality department Would like to give you a five star Just need improving in these two areas.thank you.
I love the doctor so far, but I think his nurses could be a little bit more friendly and professional. The lab tech is very friendly and nice but overall everything is perfect.
I have had nothing but a positive experience. The Dr's are attentive and listen. And they take time with me. Answer my questions and if they don't know the answer they get someone that does. Never feel rushed. I feel very fortunate to have this facility available to me.
I have been coming to Dr Williams for about 23 yr. He is the only one i would intrust their complete care too. He has the best staff that are always so personable and their smiles brightens my visit. Dr. John Williams is patient and kind. His knowledge of medicine and its application is next to none. Thanks so much for being a Doctor that is genuinely concerned about your patients care. I am thoroughly pleased with my visit to Dr. Evan Dressel's office. He is very interested, inquisitive, caring & patient. He gave me the feeling, as my doctor, he will always be here if I need him & truly cares what goes on with my future health. He office staff is wonderfully in sync with each other & the doctor. They were, also, very caring & professional & kind. It was the best "1st day at the new doctor's office" experience I've ever had & I'm 76 years old.
Excellent, competent care. Would be five starts but a great deficiency in all of the Central Tennessee medical startups is ea ch one has its own poorly designed surveys, even multiple ones, each asking the same questions, sometimes two times or more in the same survey. When I lived in central Florida, MyChart took care of almost everybody. After nearly three months, my PCP still didn’t have my medical records.
Everyone was trying very hard to figure out what was causing my rash and what antibiotics would kill the bacteria I had. After 5 days in the hospital they sent me home with what I needed . Everyone was very nice and respectful.
