Everything went smoothly. Doctors office staff were kind. Dr Rutland and his nurse were professional. I have nothing negative to say
Dr. May is amazing! Staff was fantastic as well. However, the lab on the 8th floor is a different story (I'll NEVER go back there). The lady at the deat was rude, only surpassed by the phlebotomist that was rough and not very nice. After two sticks and digging around with the needle in my arm, which is very painful, she couldn't get blood. I am normally an easy draw with no issues. She wanted to stick me a 3rd time but I refused. I went back to the 9th floor to tell the doctor's office, and they drew the blood there. The phlebotomist in Dr. May's office had no problem the first time. The staff on the 8th floor lab need to seek new employment out of healthcare, they are completely incompetent.
Dr Doering is excellent! She has provided guidance when needed and I am thankful of her advice. The supporting staff is also helpful.
I’ve seen multiple doctors and specialists at St. Thomas Midtown. Some are better than others. I like most of them. I don’t like how St. Thomas doesn’t give the doctor’s name on reminders and texts. I have 2 appointments on the same day sometimes. It’s confusing. The NEC couldn’t be better. That’s for colonoscopy and endoscopy.
I'm a new patient of Dr. Turner and I'm glad that I am. His staff is awesome, they treat me like family. I will continue going to him as long as I'm in Nashville. I'm very pleased.
I have been going to the UT clinic OBGYN for about a year and honestly have not one good word to say. They 25% of the time answer the phone and take forever to even call back if you leave a voicemail. When I was pregnant the dr always came in and would ask me what I'm having like they didn't know.... what really set me off is I've had a yeast infection for 2 months and they continuously tell me they are booked. They squeezed me in today and on my way to my appointment I got stuck in traffic I called from 8am until 8:35am and did not get an answer to tell them I was running late. When I finally arrived I told them I was calling and showed the calls and gave them the time of the calls. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO RESCHEDULE. After going 2 months with a yeast infection and them telling me they are booked, I now have to reschedule. Safe to say I will be finding a new OBGYN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all.
Not impressed. Hesitant to take me on as a patient because they stated I already am being seen as a patient as a disabled veteran. I am covered for my disability at VA and I have commercial insurance through work. Required a PCP for routine care. This is very disconcerting to me. Gave me the impression they did not want to take me on.
I have seen Dr. Scalise as my PCP for years. I have received excellent healthcare within St.Thomas/Ascension Medical Group. I'm thankful to find it is also in the area of Florida I plan to retire, as well! I currently still prefer to remain with the Nashville location as a virtual appointment is available no matter where i am in my travel job! Priceless and economical. Thank you, Ascension Medical Group!
The Doctors there are patient and caring. They actually listen to their patients. This is key for me. The team of Doctors there work together for my total wellness. Dr. John Williams and Dr. Susan Williams has my vote for Dr’s of the year.
Super easy scheduling and intake process, good facilities, Dr. Peeden is AWESOME. Good listener, took her time, thorough. My husband is a patient as well. We highly recommend her!
