I frequent this store often because it's one of the best thrift stores around! It's got a great assortment of quality items that are fairly priced, and everything is clean and well organized. They have daily color-coded sales and I have bought many treasures there. The volunteers that run the place are older ladies and they're not always quite "up to speed" but they try and are very sweet and try hard to be helpful. Bottom line, it's a great thrift store!
I’ve been here a couple times & the ladies can be a bit racist against Hispanics & younger ppl. There may be some shoplifting that they’ve experienced because they treat you as if you’re about to steal from them. I agree with the other reviews, they don’t honor all posted sale prices . But for the most part I have found a couple pieces that i loved. The store is always clean and it beats going to Goodwill
Volunteers are very professional and extremely helpful!! It's nice to see people well groom and happy to be working! It's great to know volunteers are presentable and have great work ethics even if they are Volunteers. Great role model for everyone.
Beautiful things, some are pricey but they do have 1/2 sales. No carts, you have 2 carry your stuff.
The assistance League thrift store has been expanded you can find anything from second hand clothing shoes accessories to furniture electronics materials patterns imported clothing.

I always love visiting Assistance League, and have been to several in different cities. The ladies are so nice and love to get talking. They gave me a few tips and we had a nice conversation. They sell a variety of clothes, furniture, kitchenware, jewlery, school/office supplies, fabric, books on various topics and more. They have reasonable prices and I have found some great deals with them. Thanks for always being awesome!
I have purchased several quality items for a great price at this thrift store and I feel good that it's for a good cause. I'm rating them a 2 because the last time I was there, a volunteer asked me if I needed help with what I put in my pocket. I voiced to her that I was not stealing anything and didn't appreciate the accusation. She looked me dead in the eye and said she did no such thing. I'm not a spring chicken but my hearing and eye sight is still in tact. It was my loop that I put in my pocket and although I understand why she thought that, it was the fact that she looked me dead in the eye and lied. She lied to my face saying she didn't say that as if I imagined it. I only hope that she included her actions as part of her confession the next week because in my opinion if she won't hesitate or have any shame in looking me in the eyes and lying like she did I wonder what else she is capable of.
it is an excellent place, the Staff in very friendly and the merchandise is in good condition with good prices.
Not really sure what people's reviews mean about the "good prices." The prices are very high on most items. I've visited twice in the last eight months and walked out with nothing because of the prices. It's incredibly cluttered and always busy with people just standing around, so it's not a very walkable store. The sign says "Thrift House" but it's not a thrift store.
