BASE has been incredibly responsive. We seldom have things go wrong, but when we do BASE is there to address the problems quickly, correctly, and respectfully. One great thing about BASE is that it does not upsell. As a small non-profit, we value vendors who understand that we need what we need to get our work done, but don’t need and can’t afford all the bells and whistles. We also love that BASE doesn’t ever talk down to us; they explain things in ways a non-expert can understand. We don’t know why anyone would hesitate to use BASE. They are well-priced, fair, responsive, polite, and highly competent. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, ever.
