I was merging onto Santa Fe from Belleview and one of their drivers were really aggressive. The guy sped up and would NOT let me merge on Santa Fe, almost rare ended me! Unacceptable!! I really hope the company has a policy on how reckless their employees can and can't be while representing the company.

Rick has done construction work for me and company, he built a 25000 sq ft warehouse and did amazing job, he has also done residential construction for me and my family over the years. Rick Beaver, owner of Beaver Builder's has completed several commercial remodeling projects for us. The projects have been on budget and first quality in every way.
As an electrical contractor that has worked in the industry for 13 years I have never worked with a GC that takes as much pride in his work as Rick and his team. I have also never worked with a group of people that loves their job as much as his guys love theirs, I have never heard his guys say one bad thing about him which shows in the work they do for him. He also treats his subcontractors better than any other GC I have worked with and I not hires top quality company’s to handle the specialty trades such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing etc. If you want top quality work Beaver Builders is your best and most honest bet for getting your job delivered to perfection!
Rick Beaver and his team were recommended to me by a Denver designer to renovate a newly purchased townhome in Denver. i could only visit occasionally as I don’t live in the area. They did a phenomenal job and nothing was too much trouble. They were able to problem solve any and all issues that arose calmly and efficiently and were always aware of keeping to the budget. My only complaint is they don’t live closer to other projects I am currently working on as I would hire them without a doubt. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction including helping me on a weekend when I had an emergency with a pipe freezing which was nothing to do with the renovation. i’ve done building projects globally and they have been the easiest and most professional to work with.
We have worked with Rick and team on a number of projects over the past 10+ years. They are polite, efficient, detailed, do quality work and provide great value for our money. Also, when we’ve had problems unrelated to their work at our home they are very responsive in helping to get the problem resolved. I would hire them again!
