Great work couldn’t have been better
Very rude people
We had a fire in the attic of our three story apartment house. The fire was contained to the top unit but the extensive water damage went all the way to the basement. This was my first time using Beaver Builders who came highly recommended. Rick and his subcontractors did a great job of basically rebuilding and repairing the entire house. The work was accomplished on time and within our budget. I have also used him as a source for subs for smaller jobs. Rick is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would definitely use Beaver Builders again!

Other words and phrases would use to describe our multi-month remodel would be value, cleanliness, flexible, accommodating, honest, transparency, detailed in every aspect of our remodel, patience with us as the project evolved, always available for a call or text, craftmanship, breadth & depth of expertise and experience in every aspect of our project. Treated our home with the utmost of respect. The completed project exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend Rick and Beaver Builders to anyone considering any size of remodel project. Beaver Builders has done a fabulous job on multiple engagements for both personal and Commerical jobs. Highly competent and solid work done timely and professionally.
We were all set to go with another builder and then decided to get a bid with Rick Beaver. Best decision we could have made. We were so impressed with how nice the site looked when we came over for visits. The communication with Rick was great. We had to make changes due to architecture issues and he was able to help us stay on track with our budget and even got us in our home under our original timeline. It was an amazing experience and we will be forever grateful!
Rick Beaver did an amazing remodel of my home. Previous builder left work undone, did not respond to permit requests and had to be fired. Rick stepped in and completed the job to perfection!
Rick Beaver and Beaver Builders is THE BEST contractor I have ever worked with. Rick and his team are a capable of everything contracting wise. We have had Beaver Builders work on projects as small as little tenant improvements to projects as big as full site drainage requiring new concrete and topography changes. I would highly recommend Beaver Builders for any project big or small.
