We were recommended to Blinds Couture and am so happy we went with them. Jessica was amazing throughout the process. We did shades throughout our new home build and she did a wonderful job at helping us get the modern, clean lines aesthetic we were looking for throughout the house. She helped us find just the right color shades that fit with our trim, counters, flooring, etc and had great suggestions on products. Her whole team was always friendly and responsive and delivered an exceptional client experience. Overall, the outcome was beyond my expectations!

We recently had a fairly large install with Blinds Couture on our new home and couldn’t be happier. The entire process from design assistance to installation was superior and the options available were endless. With some amazing guidance from our Design Consultant Jessica we zeroed in on a beautiful look which finished up our space and pulled everything together beautifully! We had an excellent experience with Jessica and her entire team setting up window treatments for our newly built house. First she walked us through what to expect with working through the process and got us honed in on an appropriate starting price point that we could modify from as we worked through the plan and selections. She helped put together a comprehensive design plan for the entire house, including the finished basement that allowed us to achieve the desired outcomes for each room but keep a consistent feel across the house. We went complicated with a mixture of shades (motorized and manual), drapes and shutters. Installs happened a bit faster than expected which was an added bonus. During install the team noticed a few things they were not happy with coming from the manufacturer, so they arranged fixes before we were even aware there were flaws. The end result has been absolutely fantastic. We love the window treatments in every room and are so happy with the overall design across the house. I can not recommend Jessica and her team enough, do not hesitate work with them, you will be happy you did. Their service and final product is top notch.

Really enjoyed the customer-focused attention and follow-through from Danielle, the design consultant. Her efforts helped me identify the best window treatment solutions for my new home. Danielle and Chris, the blinds installation expert technician, were online and very respectful of my home during the friendly and professional installation of my custom-made blinds. Chris was excellent in demonstrating, explaining, and walking me through the functionality of my different blind systems. And I truly appreciated his patience in walking me through the power view app! I have already recommended Danielle and Blind Coutureto a family member for their window treatment needs.

I had a great experience working with Blinds Couture. Jessie came to my home with stacks of fabric books and spent lots of time (and patience) helping me to sort through all of the options. Her expertise and advice in assisting me with fabrics, sheers, liners, hardware, etc. made the process so much less stressful. And Blinds Couture has so many options at every price point. Even on a limited budget they do amazing work. I look forward to working with them again as I continue to update my new home!

The Four Seasons experience of shades buying. We worked with the owner (Jessica) and from the beginning to the end we enjoyed working with her. We purchased our first house and needed to put shades on 20+ new windows, with no prior experience doing so. Because of this, we wanted to work with an expert, so we avoided online and big box stores. Looking for something locally owned was challenging when every storefront seems to be exclusive with Hunter-Douglas (HD). Despite the supposed high quality of HD, we weren't impressed with their shades. Enter Blinds Couture, which offers other options like Norman. (Please never go exclusive with HD - choice benefits the consumer so much.) Jessica was very attentive to our needs and concerns during the initial in-home consultation and afterwards. We really appreciate how candid she was on where we could save costs, helping us with choosing shade types, colors, etc. Pricing was fair and the installer did an amazing job. Really happy with our Norman shades! We enjoyed the experience so much we had her come back to do another couple of windows after we finished a project that added some. She went above and beyond in our interactions and made our experience a very pleasant one. We highly recommend anyone in the market for shades go here.
