We needed window treatments in almost all of the rooms of our new home. Krista came to our house with samples, and good suggestions. She didn't give a blanket suggestion for all of the rooms. Instead, she took into consideration what would look good and meet the functional needs in each room. Her suggestions were great. She introduced us to a product that we didn't even know about. We purchased that product for a few rooms, and we love them! Her color and fabric suggestions were great too. The delivery and installation time was reasonable, especially considering this was during COVID, when everything seems to be backed up. There was one chain that came in in a different material than the others. Krista recognized it right away, and ordered a new one (it's already been installed).There was another chain that needed to be re-ordered, due to a measurement issue, but again, it was recognized immediately, and addressed (we are still waiting on the replacement, but feel confident that it will arrive, soon). We did not end up ordering window treatments for all of our windows, as we are waiting to determine what our needs will be in those rooms, but we had such a good experience that we will order again from Blinds Couture, when we are ready. We also referred them to a friend, this week, because we feel confident that she will have a good experience too.

Love our new blinds that we ordered through Blinds Couture! Jess is fabulous to work with and gives great ideas and insight to a non-home interior person like myself. Blinds Coutoure has a variety of wonderful products that exactly fit my needs. The sales representative, Susan Rood, was so kind and helpful. We had to special order some solar shades for our outdoor area. They worked seamlessly with the company to make this happen. The day they were hung, three strong people came to help Chris hang them. Chris, Susan and and the whole team were wonderful. I lost my home in the Marshall Fire. They gave me a discount and helped me put the finishing touches on my new home. I am so grateful for their service.

Choosing blinds for our newly remodelled master bathroom which would be functional, endure in a moist environment, yet fashionable was a daunting task. So many choices and so many things to consider. That's where Jessi's product knowledge, practicality, and designer skills came to our rescue. We love our new blinds! They look fantastic, are water resistant, and the one above the jetted tub even has remote control allowing easy and complete privacy entering and exiting the tub while giving us a beautiful view of the trees and sky but not the houses next door! Thank you for a great job Blinds Couture! We are absolutely satisfied!!

Jessica at Blinds Couture was amazing to work with! She was professional, detail-orientated, and offered design advice specific to our home to provide a cohesive, beautiful look throughout our space. And when there was a dye lot issue, Jessica went above and beyond to fix it and make everything perfect. Amber coordinated services seamlessly, and Chris installed everything to our satisfaction. Jessica and her entire team did a great job from start to finish. In fact, we liked this group so much that we are now also using their interior design services to add artwork and finishing touches to our home.

Danielle and her team were excellent to work with and they did an excellent job! Samir and team took the time installing and explaining the functional process for the Shutters and Dual shades. We are very happy with the quality, professionalism and attention to detail. We would recommend them to anyone who is also looking to get them installed.

She also responded to all my emails and requests. She brought over bags of different fabrics to choose from and made the process so seamless. They were true partners throughout the process and kept me fully informed on the project progress. It was especially helpful and enjoyable to visit their showroom to see all the options for drapery styles as well as a huge variety of fabric choices from which to choose. Jess has an amazing breadth of fabric knowledge and was able to help me select one that would hang well and look great in my bedroom. Jess and Kelly even participated in the installation to ensure the final product was top-notch and I was fully satisfied.

My journey started with just getting new cornices in the family room and kitchen after a kitchen remodel. Working with Jessica and team was so much fun, and so professional. We added to the cornices with new area rugs, new coffee tables (one she had custom done for me, and it is AWESOME) and other decor.
