The customer service here is super responsive and helpful! I was missing a bottle of the Bird Gang Bourbon and they immediately corrected the mistake and sent out a new one. Now I cant wait to try it!
They have some really fun selections that you can't find elsewhere in PA. The people that work there are kind and helpful. The liquor they have available also seems to be improving over time which is great to see.
I went to look around & I left with a frozen cocktail, a bottle of gin, and a new friend! Roland was amazing and very knowledgeable. Genuinely looking forward to going back <3

Outstanding service!! Will definitely be back. Stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon and picked something up for a gift. Jennifer kindly offered to hold the item so we wouldn’t have to carry it around while shopping and we could pick it up on the way back to our hotel. We didn’t check the hours and missed picking it up that evening and planned to wake up early and walk over before check out. Our hotel called up to the room and said that they had delivered the package to the hotel! Jennifer left a note saying she had remembered us mentioning the hotel we stayed at. In addition to the outstanding service they have an exceptional variety of niche brands for very decent prices. Will definitely return!
I placed an order online for the Bird Gang Bourbon and Vodka. The Customers Service I received from BOTLD is absolutely fantastic. I emailed the company and got a response from Nate, he extremely polite, and answered all of my questions. My package is due to arrive today, according to tracking. The package was just shipped yesterday, so one day shipping it! Amazing!

I ordered two bottles of the bird gang spicy tequila online when it first came out because I got really excited. I got one for myself and one as a gift. It shipped quickly and the tequila was delicious. Additionally, I reached out to them due to an issue with one of my bottles that occurred during shipping and they were quick to respond, very kind, and provided exceptional customer service to rectify the issue. I will absolutely be a returning customer and look forward to someday making it into the brick and mortar shop.
Our first visit was a great experience. We were welcomed by the host with a warm greeting and smile. A quick and brief explanation of the store concept was offered with a request for my preference of spirit. We had an opportunity to sample just about everything in the store! We purchased the M Dowling Winter Wheat and Apologue Persimmon Bittersweet Liqueur. We recommend the store experience!!
I absolutely love this store. I end up here once every 1-2 weeks to restock on Fever Tree ginger beer which I drink straight for digestive health. Makes for a great mixer too. They have unique spirits like pre mixed Earl Grey Negronis and Bird Gang bourbon, tequila, and vodka, among many other niche liquors. Store is stylish and staff is friendly and helpful. Samples are available for tasting. I always enjoy making a stop here. The Bird Gang bottles make for great gifts for Philly fans.
