I’m glad I stopped by. The tour was great with bears included. The history behind it makes it even better. Highly recommended. Cheers!

Excellent experience at Bingo Brunch. I was in town for a few days and glad someone recommended stopping by on Sundays for Bingo Brunch. The emcee did a great job and kept all the games moving and although I was bummed I didn’t win one a six-pack, I would definitely stop by if I’m in town again. Great beers and great times.

Boulevard Brewing Bourbon Barrel Quad: Boulevard Brewing Co. is located in Kansas City, Missouri. It was initially conceived by founder John McDonald in 1984 during a vacation to Europe where Belgian beers captivated his interest. This led to an old brick building on Southwest Boulevard becoming the brewery’s first home and its first keg of beer was born in late 1989. Their Bourbon Barrel Quad (BBQ) was inspired by one of my favorites, The Sixth Glass. The BBQ is an abbey-style quadrupel that is aged in oak barrels (at the renowned Holladay Distillery) for up to three years. It has an absurdly high abv of 12.2% and IBU of 26. Pouring it revealed an opaque dirty copper color with a thin head. The aroma and taste had hints of vanilla and cherries. For a beer, it's sweet and very alcohol forward. I'm by no means a teetotaler, but I'm much less of a beer enthusiast than I was in my college days. That being said, I was really impressed by this brew and actually enjoyed it quite a bit. 4 levels of amazing brewery fun! The branding is amazing and it made the designer in me so happy! I loved the atmosphere! They had great food too! So easy to find a table every when they were busy! You can tell they really put there heart and soul into this place! Also amazing selection of brews something for everybody! I now can’t wait to go back when I’m in town to try something new! They also have full size legit shuffle board upstairs for $7 a person for an hour of play. We had a large group so didn’t do it but it looked like a great time!

Our 9 person group had a great time on the public tour on a Saturday afternoon. Our guides made it entertaining and not too dry at all. Some of my group would have liked to see more of the production side, but you need to be there Mon - Thurs to see it going on (ie watching the bottles and cans getting filled). We def. got our money's worth too with all the samples you get. Highly recommend!

love coming here and enjoying some beers and finger foods with my bf. Great beer, food, staff, and ambiance. their gift shop is huge and always has some good finds. the beer tour is fun. the valentines day cheese and wine tasting is a nice surprise as well! Boulevard makes some of the best seasonal packs. I always end up leaving with several cases because they truly are made in limited batches 😋 must try their Imperial Sour peach ring chamoy and Berry Noir sour ale!!

I’m terrible with names but both tour guides today were awesome. I don’t recall if I read it while booking the ticket or not but you get 4 hefty pours of beer to taste while hearing about the brewing process and the history of company itself. Great tour guys! I was looking for more Kansas City merch tho. Only thing I’d change. I had the southwest chicken dip… I think it was. Super tasty!

I have done the hour tour and it is great for first time visits but we did the unfiltered tour this time. Kaylee was great! She was so personable, upbeat, fun and just simply herself! We enjoyed every minute. I recommend any of the tours.

Large taproom across the street from the brewery. There are two separate bars offering a total of about 30 different beers. The main bar carries the flagship beers as well as some limited releases, while the smaller bar focuses on experimental brews. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Super friendly staff and even a water fountain by the bathrooms. And there's a gift shop downstairs with all the merch and to-go beers you could possibly want.

We stopped into the rec deck ready for Christmas cheer. The decorations and atmosphere were very festive. They have their regular beer and seltzer menu plus special seasonal drinks in take-home Christmas glasses. They also have some appetizer options, mostly different types of pizzas. There is a five dollar cover charge, they only allow in a certain number of people so it is full but not overly crowded. I believe they take reservations for larger parties. We dropped in about 5 PM on Friday, just to in our party, and had no trouble getting a seat. Very enjoyable visit at a reasonable price.
