The Best Car Dealership Experience. I needed a truck for work and was really hesitant to go back to buy at a dealer. I looked online for deals, found one and decided to make the appointment with Brickell Honda. For some reason I was ready to negotiate and even hyped up to fight for every dollar I could keep. Well, none of that happened since, the deal was really great and ended up around the range I wanted as a monthly payment as well. Our salesperson was pleasant and very respectful. It felt like talking to someone you could trust. If your out there look him up, JORGE RAMIREZ. Not what I expected to find, he is definitely all about the customer experience. Well since everything was so peaceful in leading to the finance part, I thought the battle will start now. Ended also as one of the best experiences I’ve had with their finance team, GRETHEL MOLINA, was excellent. It felt more like a consulting meeting. She gave us good information and really was considering our best interests. THANK YOU BRICKELL HONDA FOR HONESTLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP!

Horrible experience. I was clear about my budget and down payment and asked them not to waste my time if they couldn’t meet it. I was assured they would take care of me, but when I arrived, there was no deal — just excuses and a handoff to someone else. They didn’t listen and didn’t value my time. If you don’t have a real deal, don’t call people in. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
