I had another great experience at Brickell Honda, thanks to Jennifer. This is actually the second time I’ve referred a family member to her, and once again she exceeded expectations. Jennifer is professional, attentive, and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely looks out for the customer’s best interest. It’s rare to find someone so consistent and trustworthy in this industry. I will definitely continue recommending Jennifer to friends and family. Highly recommend!

Sold my truck to them a couple of weeks ago. I kept asking Manny, the purchasing manager, when my check will be ready and he just replied “it’s going to take a while”. That was last week. Now he’s been completely out of the map and won’t respond to any communications now. I have called at least 30 times in the past 3 days and they won’t connect me to the right person or won’t even pick up. So do I now need to go in every day to see if the check is ready? Do not recommend selling your car to them.

In the end, I drove away in a brand-new 2026 Honda Accord with a deal that honestly exceeded my expectations. Not only did the team meet my budget, they actually got me **below** the budget I had set for myself, which I didn't think was possible. Their dedication, persistence, and willingness to fight for me made all the difference.
