Awesome place. They are extremely attentive to all of Paula’s needs. We have seen great improvement in all areas and she even started saying full sentences!! The therapists are amazing and if there is ever an issue it is resolved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for ABA therapy.

TLDR: The reason for my 2 star review is simple: they don't allow out-of-pocket payment, they will only work with insurance companies. I am unfortunate to have an insurance (chosen by my husband's employer) that will only pay for services if I go to very specific facilities for care... these facilities are few and far between. I knew this when I called and so I warned Allen that I was prepared to pay out-of-pocket, up front, using ESA funds, because most likely my insurance would not pay for their services. If you are not familiar with ESA, it is an account set up by the department of education for educational services for students with disabilities. I have a debit card connected to this account that works just like a mastercard. There is not wait period, and there is no approval process. If I swipe my card and the transaction goes through, the funds are withdrawn from my account immediately and deposited into that business's account. I explained all of this to Allen. Later that day, I got a call from him saying that they do not accept ESA because they do not let people pay out-of-pocket for services (except for the copay) and that they only work with insurances. Furthermore, Allen said that it was the billing department that made this policy/decision, but they wouldn't even speak to me just to answer my questions. This is a private business, I'm guessing legally they can do what they want. But in my opinion it is still very un-American, and unprofessional not to let potential customers pay out-of-pocket. I can't understand how this would serve them well as a business, and I believe it sets a bad precedent. When private businesses stop accepting payment from private citizens, and will only accept payment from large corporations like insurance companies, it forces private citizens to work with large corporations to get the services they need. If every business operated this way the US dollar would lose it's value and the economy would collapse. I am just baffled and disappointed.

Before discovering BridgeCare ABA, I found the challenges of raising my autistic daughter to be overwhelming. However, our experience has completely transformed thanks to the exceptional support from our BCBA and the dedicated technicians. They have made a remarkable impact on our daughter's behaviors, and I truly cannot express my gratitude enough. BridgeCare has made this journey so much more manageable, and I highly recommend their services to any family in need.
