BT Transport Cross Dock did a phenomenal job with our freight. They were fairly priced, and they were very professional every step of the way. I'd definitely recommend BT Transport if you have any cross docking needs.
Just to make it simple, go to another cross dock that has more staff or more experience staff available to fix any load issues, by the way it is NOT 24 Hour OPERATION. I understand if it’s like a side gig or a service that is done as an extra but the name of the business says it all and it does not represent this business in a professional manner. Even if it’s a full truckload issue-or not- each business has a way of doing things to get the job done, specially in this caliber with the way things are done they should just stick to box trucks, other Drivers complained about hours if not days of long wait times, aside from that tight docks. Reason for coming here was convenience in distance, I would never ever recommend coming here unless you want to spend time in your sleeper. One thing I would say kind people,but very understaffed a human can only do so much and even tho it’s not an excuse for low performance, who knows what these guys are getting paid. Keep rubber side down, don’t be shy and tell shippers to load properly, unfortunately this load was a doors closed operation at the shipper.

A shipper improperly loaded our trailer “that never happens” and yup a few pallets shifted as we knew they would. The receiver refused the load and would not allow the driver on the dock to re-stack the pallets. Bothwell to the rescue! These guys went over and above. Not only did they re-stack the pallets they reloaded the entire trailer the correct way, in less then 1.5 hours. We highly recommend this company and the staff is cool as hell😎

Great business location, great individuals to communicate, work and do any form of business with. Im a big fan of being organized and to see a warehouse lined in rows with different companies products in order means alot. This family owned business is what alot of other business need. Came in with a weight distribution error, on a Sunday. Travis went above and beyond to make our load right. He was also very courteous and professional, helpful in every way! Great people!!
