The Bothwell Transport team was great to work with. They provided professional, white glove service from start to finish! Ana coordinated all of the scheduling & logistics and stayed in communication throughout the process. I appreciated being kept apprised of the status of our shipment. And the driver and his teammate did a wonderful job at the delivery site, going above and beyond to ensure that the items were carefully unloaded and gently placed in the proper spot. Everyone at Bothwell Transport is very friendly & easy to work with; clearly takes pride in their work; and works hard to provide a superior service. I highly recommend Bothwell Transport for your shipping needs!!
We used Bothwell Transport for cross docking and couldn't be more happier with the service that we received. Very professional, good communication. Our trailer turn out damaged after we did the cross docking and they were very helpful figuring out the cause and even did a temporary fix for us. Very nice people. Let us park our trailer for the night. We highly recommend this company!!!
