I was referred to BV Electric by another electrician who didn't specialize in what I needed fixed. Alex and Stefan were super professional and determined to solve my lighting issue (it wasn't straight forward). They were both very pleasant and polite (they took their shoes off before coming in without my saying anything!) Before hiring them, I was noticing there are so many scammy-seeming electricians out there with AI-generated 5 star reviews, so it was a huge relief to get referred to this legit company. I'd definitely hire them again.

I scheduled an appointment with BV Electric, and they confirmed they could come in two days from my call. My kitchen has no electricity, and I had been instructed not to turn the circuit breaker back on, so this is a time-sensitive issue. About an hour before the scheduled appointment, they called to cancel but offered to reschedule for the following afternoon (today). I agreed. This morning I called to provide the technician with a contact number for when they arrived, only to be told that my appointment had been canceled again. Had I not called, I would never have been notified. What made the experience even more frustrating was the explanation I was given. I was told the appointment was canceled because the technician was out dealing with electrical emergency, yet when I rescheduled, I had already been assigned to a different technician for the new appointment was given the same reasoning? The person on the phone didn’t realize he gave the same explanation? Left me feeling like I wasn't getting a clear or honest explanation. I understand that unexpected issues can come up, but repeatedly canceling appointments without proactively notifying customers is unprofessional. If you're unable to keep an appointment, please don't schedule it in the first place or, at the very least, communicate the cancellation promptly. Customers rely on these appointments, especially for urgent electrical issues like mine.

I had a very positive experience. BV sent out two guys to install 3 new ceiling lights for me. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Both electricians were very thoughtful and nice. My one gripe was the pricing. The company charges $159/hr. With a minimum of 1 hour. The two guys were here for only 20 minutes and wanted to charge me $350. I get that it is nice to have back up on a job but one person could've done this install in an hour. I ended up paying $300. Really this job should've cost no more than $200. Even though the two workers were really nice I would look for new electricians next time.

BV did a great job replacing the old wiring and main service panel in my home. Armando and his crew were very dependable and courteous. The price was very reasonable considering the scope of the project which took almost three weeks. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

We are so happy with the work Stefan did for us today. We were really impressed that we received a text that Stefan was on his way to our house. He arrived on time with a big smile on his face. He installed a large indoor light fixture, along with outside lighting and an outside electrical outlet. Stefan’s work is very good and he knows his trade. I would highly recommend BV Electric and Stefan anytime!

First time to use BV Electric, very friendly and efficient in scheduljng. Had flickering issues in past and had 3 electricians in the past who weren't abe to compleyely fix. The BV electrician was very patient, professional, and easy going. He was able to explain problem to me that made sense. BV Electric will be my go to electricians going forward.

After trying to contact sole proprietor electricians, I contacted BV for an appointment. They arrived on time, listened to the issues I had, explained the solutions, and provided quotes for future work. While it I like using individuals to do for small contract work, finding a larger firm turned out to be the best. I plan to use them for all future electrical work both small and more extensive.

Jaime and David were professional, kind, and polite. They explained matters clearly and patiently. They answered all of our questions and provided valuable advice. They performed quality work - quickly and effectively.

Your response to my initial email was really fast, and easily set up the estimate appointment. Jaime arrived on the dot, did a very knowledgeable evaluation of my electrical problems, both big and small, and provided a variety of possible solutions, with very fair estimates of the work for each. When I chose the specific jobs I wanted, he surprised me by saying he could go get the materials and return to do the job that day! And so he did, efficiently, neatly (even used a drop cloth,) and expertly. He had listened to my concerns, let me know the possibilities (or not,) and then returned and did the whole job exactly as promised and exactly for the estimated price. With service this excellent, I highly recommend BV Electric!
