They respond quickly to any questions I have, they help problem solve if something isn’t working as it should, they are patient and just so nice! Everything involving Capsule is soooo easy. We started using Capsule about a year ago since they were the only place we could find a specific name-brand prescription for my husband. We have had nothing but great service! It is so easy to manage your prescriptions on the app, and if you need to chat with someone there, they are helpful and go out of their way to make it painless. (Talking about you, Linda.) I cannot say enough good things about capsule, after getting all my prescriptions through them for over a year. I started using them because of convenience, and have stuck with them because of that and also because of how amazing their employees are. They are always quick and courteous and that was magnified with an experience I had today. The refrigerated portion of my order was missing from my delivery today, so I reached out through the app chat feature and was immediately assured it would be personally delivered to me this evening by Shelby. She brought it straight to my door, I can only presume after leaving work, and was so sweet and kind. She truly went above and beyond - shoutout to Shelby!!
I have had the worst experiences with large pharmacy chains in Nashville. I heard about Capsule from a friend and I could not be happier. Everything accessible by text, they transferred my RX with ease and it was the smoothest and most pleasant process I have EVER had with a pharmacy. This is my first time hearing of Capsule Pharmacy. I must say I am very pleased with the swift response and amazing customer service. I have spoken with 3 representatives tonight and all 3 were amazing. The last representative, Miss Linda, was phenomenal!! My daughter will be receiving her meds. It’s comforting to know she is getting what she needs delivered straight to her. Please use this pharmacy. You will not regret it. It’s good to know there are places and people that genuinely care and still provide impeccable service.
Earlier this week I placed an order for delivery, but was unable to keep the original date and time due to my car breaking down and no one going to be available at my house to receive it. I actually had forgotten about it, until the individual who was delivering my medicine text me to say she was on the way. She was very understanding and empathetic about what I had going on. When I reached back out to Capsule to schedule then to re-deliver the order, they were fast, flexible and also very empathetic about my situation. I'm glad I made the switch to Capsule 6 months ago!
Capsule is the BEST. I have been using Capsule for over 6 months now. They staff is great - from the couriers to pharmacists. They are quick to respond to any questions, very knowledgable and trusting. The app interface is awesome and easy to use as well. Capsule is the best! I used them for the first time today and can’t say enough good things! I’m terribly sick with the flu and have been having a lot of trouble lately getting prescriptions filled timely or at all by Walgreens… Capsule to the rescue! They switched over all my flu medications this afternoon and filled them as fast as they could and were so kind. I just got home from picking them up, masked of course, since I didn’t want to wait for delivery tomorrow since the cut off is 5pm. I will definitely be trying delivery next time and can’t say enough about the service and pharmacists here! Will be using them for all prescriptions from now on.
Today was my first time using Capsule and they are the best!!! They filled my prescription so quickly that my other pharmacy was having troubles getting a PA for. So I switched all my meds over to Capsule. I will be recommending to everyone. She even brought treats for my dog. Thank you Capsule for being the best!!
