Cannot say enough great things about CAPSULE and how helpful they’ve been and how much easier life is now that we schedule all of our prescriptions to be delivered through them. Linda & Pharmacist Lance are so helpful and patient and help us schedule all of our deliveries each month. The scheduling is so easy and convenient, and the prices of our medications are actually lower than the box stores’. We would give 10 stars if we could!
Well, I will officially only be using Capsule from here on out. I’m a list person so I’ll just list all of the reasons why you should stop hesitating and switch to Capsule. Reasons to love Capsule: - easy to use app and aesthetically pleasing - marketing materials and humor used in said materials 10/10 - texting with a live person - communication every step of the way - cute packaging - nice and friendly courier - goes out of their way to make sure you have the best price - handles insurance/doctor’s office communications - delivery - free delivery - everyone was super nice and patient with me I am so thankful and blessed to have Capsule! ❤️💙💛🩵
The easiest pharmacy experience ever! My doctor sent the prescription after hours. I received a text that they received the prescription immediately. The next day it was ready and they applied my manufacture savings card before I could even let them know I had it. I was going through Walgreens before and it was a mess every month. I didn’t even care about delivery as I’m fine with going to pick it up but it was just delivered to me as scheduled. They also are quick to communicate through text. This was amazing.
Bad experience. No quality control. Dishonest. Arbitrary policies. I had been using Capsule for several months, but no longer trust this company and won’t be doing business with them again. After filling the same prescription from the same doctor for 7 months they suddenly informed me of a corporate policy that won’t allow them to accept certain prescriptions from out of state doctors. We usually provide customers with 3 months notice to allow them to find another doctor they said. When I inquired what happened to that notice period in my case, they admitted they had not followed company policy. So since they had mistakenly filled it for 7 months in apparent violation of their company policy, I was not entitled to any notice period. They screwed up, but I’m the one that got screwed. Nice way to treat customers.
Was staying in the area to care for a family member, and was so happy to know that Capsule was available in Nashville. My couriers have been consistently great, and transferring meds from my home to here was super convenient. Thank you, Capsule!
Recently I needed a prescription that wasn’t available at my neighborhood pharmacy. Capsule delivered the medication the same day, and it cost the same as if I’d tried braving rush hour traffic to pick the medication from a different pharmacy myself. If they can keep their service this convenient, I’ll use them again.
Great service. The app has been great with asking any questions. Soooo much easier than waiting in a long line at the pharmacy or a drive through pharmacy, then having to wait on a pharmacist to ask a question or two. They are great at getting back with questions at a reasonable time. So far, only one issue I have run into is the app being down from an outage.
