Placed my order for their services three days in advance and was assured there would be no problem. Ten min prior to pickup time, the driver called to tell me she was 23 min away. Basically she didn’t plan well. She called the office and told them ten min, so lied. When it was almost 15 min past pickup time, I scrambled and found a neighbor to accompany me to my appt at a surgical center. Fortunately he was free and we made it just a few min after arrival time. Obviously I cancelled Charris, but now they have yet to refund my payment. Don’t trust these people- first time customer and they screwed up badly. I would have had to reschedule a procedure and paid twice had I not berm able to find someone quickly.
09/2024 Hands down to Chassis Transportation!! I contacted China asked her if my request was possible. I need to take my grandmother to her son’s funeral over 3 hours away. China thank you for making it happened. William and Jerrell was kind, respectful and OMG so patience though a very hard time. My family was so grateful for the guys and this company. Chassis Transportation is very dependable and professional. I just can't say enough about you guys. The King family thank you so much for being there during our sorrow. I will see you again in February 2025. I plan to relocate to NC. I will be needing guys for my move!! 02/2024 Chassis Transportation was awesome transporting my love one. What a great service. My driver was so absolutely sweet and a great conversationist. I had a dental procedure where I needed anesthesia and I live 90 min drive away, so it was easier to just get a hotel and a driver. She made it so simple. I would recommend them to anyone.
