Worse company I've had to ever deal with. I am a nurse and my mother in a rehab facility. This company was suggested so we paid th $175 that was requested. I canceled 5 days prior to the apt. It's been 10 business days since the cancelation, still no refund! I get the run around everytime I speak to this wanna be business person! Still no refund. Guess what , all the companies here in newnan I'm blasting your bad review. DONT USE THESE SKEMERS!!

This company definitely came through in a clutch. I had a very hard time finding a company that provided non emergency transport services to post op appointments. I was provided the link to this company literally the night before my post op appointment and was told that they would be able to accommodate. I left three stars bc they were able to successfully get me to my appointment and back home with the assistance of the fire department. I can’t in good faith give more than three stars because my personal experience was not good. I was made to feel that I was done a favor even though I paid like every other customer and they agreed to fulfill the service even though it was requested the night before. I did find them to be rude and unprofessional. I also didn’t like that they sent an invoice for payment just a little bit before the driver was supposed to be there already and told that no driver would be dispatched until payment was received. So naturally, my driver arrived at 10:50 for a 11:15 appointment and then spent another ten minutes or so trying to figure out how to get me out of the house and down the stairs with the assistance of my dad. I have an external fixator installed with rods through the bones in my toes, foot and leg along with about 12 stitches for a different part of that same leg where a separate surgery was done. So it’s a very raw surgery and a very painful device that I have on. I personally felt that there was absolutely no consideration or care to that piece alone. I was tipped backward in my wheelchair and bumped down my front steps bc the ramp they came with didn’t cover my stairs. On the way into the building for my appointment the gentleman rolling my wheel chair closed my external fixator in the door of the elevator carelessly and because he was rushing.Laughed and said “Oops” and never even once asked me if I was ok. It was a very frustrating, stressful and painful experience for me to an already stressful, painful and frustrating situation. So for that reason alone I personally wouldn’t recommend this company for anyone dealing with any type of serious surgery or post op care.

We had to get transportation for my mother who is weak from being hospitalized for 2 weeks. We initially wanted a stretcher transport due to her unable to walk to my surprise the out of pocket fee was $350-$400 (not covered by insurance for just doctor appointment). I find Charris transportation online. The driver Roderick was on time and polite. He made sure the van temperature for my mom was to her liking. I will definitely use the service again. We have a follow up appointment in two week if mom is unable to walk at time, I will be sure to call them. Thanks again for impeccable service.

I didn’t even know that Surgery Attendant concierge service was available. I had an outstanding customer service experience with Charris Transportation in Atlanta.Nurse Shirley was the best ! If you’re in need of medical transportation in any state, please contact them. Impeccable service, I will definitely use them again in the future !

What more can I say. The service was prompt, professional, and safely returned my mother. The owner was amazing and a great listener when I first reached out. I was researching a company that would provide affordable, and professional transportation for my elderly mother, after the company I had used for many years, started to over charge, and gouge the price for my mother’s transportation. I then discovered Charris. Affordable, and professional.I highly recommend Charris Transportion.

Charris Transportation is awesome. They are very responsive and communicative. Very reasonably priced for transport, and they showed up exactly on time and took great care getting my Dad to his destination. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

UPDATE - I finally received a refund. The lesson here is don't give up! :) I have never written a Google review but feel it is necessary to alert customers to the fact that I had to cancel service for my mother in November 2024 and 4 months later I still have not received a refund for $300. I have called 6 times and sent 2 emails. I have spoken with both China and Rosalind. I was told several times it was being taken care of and it has not. Very disappointed.

Shirley is a gem. Thanks to her, we were able to get my son to the zoo for his 21st birthday. She was prompt, professional, and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely use this service again and recommend it to others. Thank you, and we wish you all all of the success in your business.

I would highly recommend Charris Transportation if you need non-emergency transport. Miss Rosalind took great care of us this year when a family member was wheelchair bound after a hospital stay and needed to be transported home. She arranged transport with less than 24 hours notice. She was very kind, compassionate, and drove safely with our loved one. Thank you for great service!
