I HIGHLY recommend this business. I sold a car to them today. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone I knew they were very professional. I made an appointment, they offered me a very fair price on my car, and the transaction took less than half an hour. They were honest and fair, and very friendly. Their price was far above CarMax and Carvana.
I recently sold my car through Boston Car Buyers and I highly recommend them. It was fast, easy, and I felt they were very honest and forthright to deal with. So much so that they were the first ones to reach out after I posted the car to Kelly Blue Book and I looked no further. After our initial meeting I told them that I needed the car for a few weeks until I took delivery of my new vehicle and they said 'no problem'. So, I went back after their guarantee price deadline had past and, after a quick inspection, they honored their original quote and cut me a check on the spot. Dealing with them was way better than hassling with a dealer on a trade-in value. And my car, a 2010 Lexus, was not perfect - it had some dings and needed some work. I had my 34k mile high trim Prius for sale online for almost 2 weeks. Patrick made me an offer on the first day. I wanted to wait since I got an offer so fast and it was only $1,500 below KBB. Meanwhile, Patrick had been in touch on my progress. I asked him what his process is with getting this done and it sounded way easier.
