If you want quality coffee and plenty of space to study this is it. It has a basement where there's plenty of cool sofas and chairs. The vibe is really cool. The panini sandwich and muffin were tasty as well. Highly recommend!

🧐 Oddly enough, after years of reviewing many places around Portland, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. I found this NW Portland gem today! Wow!! 🩷🙂 This place is a modern day version of the coffee shop that was depicted on the series ‘Friends. Coffee Time aka ‘Central Perk! 🙂 The specialness In this order: ~ Service was amazing by the barista girl and guy behind the counter! ( especially the girl, she was a real sweetheart and nice to help me acclimate for my first time at the coffee shop ). ~ Food offerings were off the chart and well crafted beyond deliciousness!! ~ Note: Cascadia coffee has opened my eyes to a new and wonderful roast aside from the ‘Sleepy Monk that I enjoy while at the coast. ‘ Delicioso…😍 ~ Atmosphere and decor was cozy, intimate and damn near sexy in its own way. This place could be for relaxation, business, or just personal time spent making new friends. The open draw to ‘Coffee Time is absolutely amazing from when one first enters the cafe. The atmosphere is very welcoming with an extremely diverse and rounded chemistry of patrons and baristas! Any walk or talk, shape, color, race or sexual preference would find ‘Coffee Time a safe haven of indulgence! A place to call their own so to speak… I could not recommend this place any higher for someone looking for the perfect hangout or coffee shop to frequent on a daily basis! Coffee Time is an amazing place to drink coffee in Portland. I highly recommend it. It shares a roastery with sterling coffee and has amazing vibes. Thier light roasts are epic! Glad I found this place. Art on walls is very cool.
As a lover of coffee shops, this has the best the greatest for me si ce The Grind closed off of Powell. Their Wildflower Latte was absolutely breathtaking in flavor. The atmosphere is the best, for me as a reader and writer, bar none.
This is a great place to hang out. I came here because I was looking for a chess friendly coffee shop (they don’t offer chess peaces so bring your own board and peaces). The inside is perfect for such a hang out. The barista at the time was very chill, nice and helpful. The location is on 21st avenue so you can plan to come here to grab some sandwiches and coffee (maybe even play chess♟) then afterwards you can head over to 23rd avenue and get some ice cream from salt and straw. I think that would be a cool time. Turkey pesto and grilled cheese were great.
Pesto turkey panini was solid, matcha latte was fantastic came sweetened and strong dark matcha flavor. Friend had the macchiato which was ok. Plenty of outdoor seating and nice indoor seating too. Service is quick and friendly
The place is huge with more seating options inside the cafe. Many of the customers were working on their laptops as they were plenty of outlets. They also offer printing which you can do online or email to the printer. The ambiance is rustic with local art featured for sale.
BEST SANDWHICH IVE HAD IN SO LONG!! the lady behind the counter was so kind and patient when we took awhile to order! you could tell she was busy but she took a lot of care when making our food! it came out perfect and you could taste the love❤️
