Oh it was great. I finally found that it was open that day I went on a Wednesday. And I got everything done that same day. Now I'm cool for now. I have to get on more things offer my record. I'm not going to post that
They were not very helpful for me. I won't say they won't be helpful to others, but for me in need of legal counsel They refused even after asking my previous counsel to withdraw...this makes no sense when family court continues to try and supply counsel, even against your will....but hey, hopefully it will work for others

They only have intake for medicaid issues from 9-112 on Thursday's. I called and left a message on the intake line and then they called back. Had an urgent matter with the person i'm caring for and asked them to call back in 15 minutes (it was 11:50 10 minutes before they closed intake)and was told no they could only do this during their intake time of 9-12 on Thursday's. So now I am pushed back another week. I would be grateful for the help but feel like their assistance is limited by time.
These people are unprofessional and no help but I guess that’s what you get for free! I keep calling these people for help and they keep telling me they can’t help me due to a conflict of interest but can’t tell me what the conflict is! I can only guess that it was because the attorney Tiffany Cobb failed me miserably during a case she was representing me.
