Working with Danny and Kevin was one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had! They were informative, extremely energetic, and very helpful when it came to the sign-up process. Samuel Stiles, our Face to Face representative, was fantastic. He helped set up our account. Then when he followed up to see how everything went I had advised him that our order was stated as delivered but that we did not receive it. I further showed him that the delivered picture was not in our office. Sam then took it upon himself to further investigate based on something he had noticed within our order. Ultimately the package was delivered to a neighboring town with the same street address. Sam went to that location and found the items and personally delivered them to our office. He truly went above and beyond and should be acknowledged for his dedication. Thank you Sam!

My rep Jordan was up front about the benefits of being an Amazon Business account holder, what kind of realistic savings we could have, and showed me how we could easily see all of our metrics/data in one place. He was knowledgeable, but also very personable, friendly, and courteous. I asked him to come back later in the day when the CEO and COO would be in and he returned same day at the time requested. Extremely professional service!

Definitely glad Hannah stopped by the office…. We were happy to get better water in our office versus the highly chlorinated water in the building water fountain.
Ashley walking in was a breath of fresh air. Our office has been out of water for the past few months and we’ve been going out of our way to get water. She came very professional and described the product very well and walked me through setting up an account and the delivery , and we had our water in about 4 days the delivery man was very great as well and provided us cups.
