He helped me get set up with my business account in a timely manner saving me $100's on future orders. You should do whatever it takes to keep and promote him as often as possible so you don't lose him! He is a great asset to your company.
Ashley was very personable and easy to talk with. She answered all of my questions and even helped find another seller of an item we were trying to purchase that would not allow shipping to US through the business account.
