After my experience with Crumley Roberts in 2016/2017 I wouldn't recommend this law firm. As I navigated the personal injury settlement process my case manager was on hand to answer questions, however I never got the impression that anyone cared about the genuine suffering I experienced after my car accident. But the worst aspect of all was when, after months of treatment, Crumley Roberts decided to hand my case off to a firm that I'd never heard of nor had any desire to work this. This is perhaps the biggest scam of it all; I had to build a new relationship with an attorney who was even less invested in what happened to me and felt that I had become a number in both firms' systems. It was virtually as if Crumley Roberts had left the picture and outsourced the labor to a different firm; they do this when they feel you cannot get them what they truly want ($$$), though they phrase it as something they do when they "need extra help." 😒 I encourage people to avoid this law firm if they do not want to be treated like a number. Perhaps I couldn't have netted the firm as much money as they would've liked, but if your goal is to fight for victims then don't just hand their case to whomever and disappear. I will not work with this firm again, and I am not interested in speaking to anyone about what happened. There are so many other firms in North Carolina, and I recommend doing thorough research on as many as you can to avoid the same issues I had. ✌

We hired Crumley Roberts after our accident. Everyone there is always very friendly. Our case manager Alli was always available to help us. They answered all of our questions and handled the paperwork. They even dealt with the insurance company for us. They got us a settlement for our son very quickly. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have gratitude that so many people found that their case was handled appropriately, but being very transparent I must admit that was not my experience in the least. This has been the most unprofessional, unresponsive, pulling teeth for information experience I’ve ever been in. I had to fire them for incompetence, and I suggest that you do your due diligence in seeking legal counsel, and not retaining a facility that takes on entirely too many clients. We’re 3 months in, and every conversation has been spent trying to refresh my lawyers memory on who I am, and very important details of my case. This leads me to believe that they are taking on entirely too many clients and are unable to handle the work load. Beware.

This is one firm that will actually know your case personal. They will not confuse you with other clients like many do became you are just a number to most. This firm was excellent. After years of applying and appealing with well documented disabilities, I was constantly denied for social security disability. They came through and do all the necessary leg work for me. All I had to do was give doctor's info and they did the rest. I am very grateful for their expertise, empathy, and professionalism.

From the first phone call to the final settlement, Crumley Roberts kept me informed every step of the way after my car accident. Their staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them. Hopefully I'll never need them again, but if I do, I know they're available.
