Great place to shop 👌
I usually stop by in the fall and during the holiday season because they have a great selection of outerwear for plus sized women for affordable prices. The staff and the security are friendly. The only thing I hate is the extremely long lines.
Been looking for a plain short sleeve top and found one in stripes...love it. And wanted some baggy lounge pants... wouldn't you know I found a pair...I enjoy shopping here😀💯👍 Y'all need to check it out.. you'll be glad you did!!!😀
Good place to shop for your kids in household goods on a budget awesome store
Awful place to shop... I was in there yestetday.. Just a shopping away... I saw a rug at a nice price like $89.00 bucks so i pushed my buggy with my pajamas and maxi dresses in it as i am only wearing them this summer so i need lots of them. As i finally got the big rug where i could put in my basket i turned around and my basket was gone... A elderly lady told me a Male worker had came and took my basket.. So i went up front and asked a security guard who was talking on his phone in his ear piece.. Got smart and was like that's what we do here... I'm like they didn't see me and why would y'all take my basket while a customer is shopping it was only 3:30 pm... The cashier was even getting smart so i left without spending any of my money... See what the store thinks of this hot mess.. Very unprofessional never going back it's ghetto
I spent 300 dollars today. The woman who checked me out left alarms on my items I bought. It was so embarrassing to turn around and let them check my bags after I spent all that money there. The customer service representatives was not nice at all. NONE OF THEM. In my opinion they ALL need more training even the MANAGER. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.
They really need to chat with their "on guard" security helper. He was very rude and made false accusations upon me returning to get a cushion stool I"d previously paid for with receipt in hand. This incident was the first and hopefully the last per security guard... (On 3/14/19)... For the most part I'd never had any of their security behave as he did. It's weird how one "rude" apple can spoil the bunch. ______________________________________________ Update: I noticed that rude security worker is no longer at this location. Great Move for D.D.s... ______________________________________________ Instead, they have a guy stationed near the check out counter... That greets incoming customers with a very loud, husky and ratchet robotic voice. DD's Discounts!!! The voice sounds so robotic. I wonder does it scare the kids as much as it does me? The store is not the cleanest nor neatest. Some of the floor associates, you can tell may be more passionate about their paychecks than the customers having a happy shopping experience. But one thing, I do like, is their ability to handle those long check out lines. They usually will open all counters for "line control" if possible... Most of their cashier's are effecienct and professional. Due to current observations, I'm changing my ratings from a one to a three. With the right management system, this store may have potentials to become great one day.
Great prices but the Plus Size Section Is Hard to find items
The security in the store is very nice. The only problem is the cashier's they have horrible customer service skills have a whole conversation back and forth across from each other and pay the customers no mind they do not give eye contact they do not talk to you when you get to the cash register they just ring you up while they're talking to their coworkers and tell you take the receipt other than that good prices clean store.
