This is by far the best location in Jax! The women that work here (Avery and Becky) are the perfect example of super professional, friendly, and informative employees! I literally won't let another nurse inject me after my experience with Avery. The vibe in this studio is top tier, the ladies that work here are literally the reason I stay a loyal member.
The sauna was great. The staff was ok. Not as friendly as they could be. I told the receptionist both times it was my first time there. Was not explained how it works if you become a member or anything. The have a shower as well. No place to hang your towel, when you shower. The place was nice and clean. though. I may try another location.
As a first-time visitor, I was expecting a warmer, more welcoming experience rather than one that felt purely transactional. I came in for a B12 shot and mentioned that it was my first visit to Degree Wellness, but was immediately directed to create an account without any conversation about how I found the business, background on the company, or questions about what brought me in. I was then seated in the open waiting area to complete my questionnaire and had to discuss my medical history with a nurse via tablet in that same shared space. This conversation should have taken place in a private room to ensure confidentiality. After the call, I was taken to receive my shot, but no information was provided about the benefits of B12 or what to expect. There was no educational or personalized interaction. Additionally, the staff member administering the shot placed all supplies directly on the chair’s armrest without any barrier underneath, which did not feel sanitary. Afterward, I checked out without receiving any information about memberships or ongoing services, which felt like a missed opportunity. Overall, the experience lacked warmth, education, and attention to detail, especially for a first-time customer.
I have been a member since the Riverside location opened and it continues to deliver a quality experience. Love the atmosphere, the staff, and the amenities. Also props to the newly-upgraded saunas, just in time for the Florida winter!
My wife and I have been going for a few months now for their infrared saunas, cold plunges, cryotherapy and etc. And not only are the staff super accommodating and friendly but the services they offer are phenomenal for the price you are paying! Becky, the manager, is always great about making sure we’ve got everything we need with every visit, regardless if we forget anything or if we’re late. I highly recommend this location and its services!

She worked with me after my son had a season-ending injury and ensured he could use his sessions in a way that fit his schedule. I stopped by Degree Wellness Riverside and enjoyed a nice Cryotherapy to get my day started. The experience was invigorating and fueled my focus and energy for the day! Who needs coffee when you have Cryotherapy! Special shoutout to Becky & Sydney for the great hospitality during my visit as well!
