Love this place. I purchased a premier membership before they opened for business and never regreted it. Eveyone here is very professional and easy to speak with if I have questions. I love the chryo therapy, oxygen therap, compression therapy and IV service. Those services really come in handy before and after a grueling workout at the gym. I would highly recommend this place.
I loved my experience here. I did the cold plunge(first time), and the infrared sauna. Becky was very helpful and welcoming!
I have been to Degree Wellness 3 times twice on Riverside Ave and once on Ajax Beach. Each visit an even better experience than the last one. The staff at both locations are awesome. Each visit I have experienced a different and more invigorating Degree of Wellness
I had an amazing experience at Degree Wellness Riverside! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and supported. They took the time to explain the different services and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The highlight of my visit was trying the cold plunge for the very first time. I was honestly a little nervous, but the team encouraged me, coached me through it, and gave me the confidence to take the plunge. I’m so glad I did—it was exhilarating, energizing, and left me feeling incredible afterward! The facility is beautiful, the services are top-notch, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I can’t wait to go back and try more of what Degree Wellness has to offer. Highly recommend!
