Great product but the costumer care is awful. Had to ask 3 times for help with measurements… missing some costumer care treatment and serious training… it would sell much more
I love this store so much. As a big guy I can find clothes that fit me comfortably. Just wish the prices were a little cheaper but the clothes are worth it.
DXL is a great shop with great clothes. Fantastic graphic Tee's and an awesome sportswear section. The staff is very attentive and super nice but it would be cool to dial that attentiveness down and give a person a chance to browse. Most of the deep discount sale items are on deep discount for a reason but its worth checking out. I only give them 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1. Holy moly guacamole the prices are inflated like a Macy's Day parade balloon. I was literally looking at some of the items on Amazon for half the price - the only difference? Immediate gratification or a 2 day wait. Make an extra buck on your specialized clothes but perhaps tone down fleecing your customers. 2. The bonus rewards program is set up to make sure you never use your rewards. Link everything to a card and your preferred phone so you don't have to keep up with the huge coupons you send out. Not mention isn't having your rewards available from your rewards card kind of the point of signing up for it in the first place? Pro-tip:. If you need some Grizz or Tigers gear on the fly, they got you covered!

The location I was at in Memphis,Tn the two fellas were rude. I personally wasn't aware of the store closing time. The first fella approached me asking me have I found what I'm looking for? I replied no not yet. Soon after, the other guy came by & said well try look tomorrow because we're closing;it's 7 o'clock. I then hurried up & just picked out a Polo shirt only to find out my coupon didn't work on Polo brand items. Hell that was the main reason I visited the store. To use my coupon & to purchase me a few shirts. Just inconvenience & rude at best..
The place is always neat and clean but customer service stinks. As I was about to check out I noticed the screen had a sales person name and I asked what that was for and the sales lady preceded to say that if no one helps a customer they have to give the commission to someone. I then said why because that would be lying cuz no one asked or came over. How can you help someone if you stay behide the counter and don't walk around the store?
First time shopping there and LOVED it!! The salesmen were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. They really made shopping there easy. Great variety! Great prices! Will definitely be going back.
A great store for big man clothing and shoes
I talked to a lady over the phone at the East Gate shopping center yesterday about some wide Cole Haan shoes. She had great customer services. She was informative and just easy going. I loved that she took her time and didn’t seem to be rushing me off the phone. Kudos to you(I forgot her name😞)!!!
James Pride made shopping not only easy but enjoyable for me ,I hate shopping. He picked out every out fit,we loved each out fit his first pick.. great service.. James is fun and so very helpful.. need more James in the world.. definitely going back
