We worked with Tony, Brian, Carter and team on a ground up quadplex new spec build in the West Colfax area and we could not be more excited to recommend them to other developers. It was our first project and they provided the perfect balance of mentorship and taking care not to involve me in the minutia throughout the project. They coached us on how to value engineer without compromising the quality of our project and took responsibility for issues that arose throughout the project (as they always do). We completed a beatuful project and according to our agent, set precedence in our neighborhood for our sales prices. I bought a new build from Sunnyside/echo in 2020 that I still live in, and they have been a hard to reach and dishonest company. They did not honor their warranty and strung me along with delays for 4 years until one of the owners - Tony Zangoglia - ghosted me and stopped responding to texts, calls, and voicemails. This left me with a price tag of over $4000 to fix what they did a bad job of from the start. I have a whole e-paper trail of them promising to fix things and then they ended up just showing they don't care about their product or customer after they sell.

Exceptional work and experience from start to finish. My wife and I purchased a home from Tony in August 2016 and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The attention to detail and quality of the construction far surpassed anything else we saw while we were shopping for a home.
