Lots of stock especially women's clothing. Vintage audio seekers, look elsewhere as they are using ebay pricing.
They sold me an iPad that was stolen. I took it home and when it powered on in lost mode, they didn’t want to take it back. They made a huge fuss about it claiming their policy is “no refunds or exchanges” and after telling them I’m not keeping a stolen item, they took it back and offered store credit (after talking to 4 different employees). Then not a day later, they were selling that same iPad again for someone to purchase after they were made aware it was stolen. Very shady business and I would steer clear of anything purchased here. They knowingly sold stolen items.
Rosie is the absolute best customer agent at the Wautaga store. She is an absolute gem!
This is a huge thrift store, allow lots of time to shop! It is clean and organized.
I wish I could say I had a good experience because I had high hopes. I was standing on an aisle when an employee walked down the aisles spraying VERY strong BATHROOM air fresher up and down the aisles. The oily air freshener got all over my stanley and inside my drink. The ait freshener was so strong that it made my eyes swell and I had difficulty breathing. I have 0 idea why this employee thought this was necessary. Will not be back
I thought it was great. It's big. Clean. Well organized. Decent pricing. Had restrooms, and dressing rooms. The employees were nice. I don't know what else you can ask for in a thift store!

Today we had an absolutely horrible experience. Rosie was nothing but rude when their check out systems froze. All we requested was proof of canceled payment. Before we ran our card again for a transaction that already showed processing on our account. She was huffing, rolling her eyes, and walking away. In addition this it’s very obvious she treats her staff the same way as well. Because she was treating her employees with the same disrespect, directly in front of customers. She also was incompetent in her roll and barely knew how the system worked. She had to call her boss. Coming from someone who has worked nothing but in the service industry. Rosie you need to check your attitude when you are talking to customers. I only came back with the same attitude to match your energy. Stay toxic Rosie.
First time into the store on 6/23. The only reason this review is getting two stars is because of the wide clothing selection, organization, price point, and quality of items. I saw many items still new with original tags, and higher name brand items. My issue came after we checked out and were leaving. Their receipt printer ran out of paper, so we didn’t get a receipt. Okay, it happens, that’s not the problem. We set off the security alarms. We bring our bag back to the girl who checked us out (because every station is an assisted check out, she scanned every single one of our items). She thought she missed a security tag. She had to dig through each article of clothing to find an original security tag left on the only new with tags item I purchased. The sensor was placed on the inside of a built in sports bra of an active wear dress, so she was digging to find this. No one saw it. Their sensor remover doesn’t work on this type of sensor. She called over a coworker, Brandon, for help. Together their best solution was “sorry. you [me] should have looked harder. you can find a video online on how to remove it. No you can’t return this item because all sales are final.” How was I supposed to know what their security sensors looked like? How were any of us supposed to know there was a sensor inside the garment at a thrift store, when there is a whole team processing and displaying items in a back room? How is this now my fault and problem? And I don’t have a receipt to be able to take it to a different store and show proof of purchase elsewhere.
