I come to this store every single day, no exaggeration. It’s been my little escape, and I’ve always enjoyed browsing and picking up a few things here and there. Unfortunately, today’s experience literally left me in tears. The manager and another employee made me feel extremely uncomfortable and singled out. I was told there was a new policy regarding rings, which I fully respect. However, immediately after me, another customer was allowed to pick up the entire tray without being told the same thing. On top of that, the employee stood so close to me while I was shopping that I felt like I couldn’t even breathe. I left the store in tears, feeling hurt and discriminated against. It’s incredibly disappointing because this place has been part of my daily routine, but after today, I don’t feel comfortable returning.
It’s a big and well organized store. Prices on furniture were too high. My main complaint is they have about 10 self checkout kiosks but they literally will not let you use them. An employee has to handle each item and complete the entire process for you, and you have to wait if there’s only one employee… even if all of the kiosks are open lol. Defeats the purpose.
Terrible customer service. Unpredictable pricing; for instance same shirt but different sizes, one was priced $12.99 and one $5.29. I found an old style “crock” pot the kind with the grill surface underneath. The price was only on the pot part. At check out they said it’s sold separately. Okay, fine. “Oh it can’t be priced till Monday.” I thought the conversation was done, but then the manager comes over and is like this lid doesn’t even go with it so that will be priced separately too. The lid was absolutely a part of it. I already own the exact some unit. Long story short(ish). I left my whole pile of stuff. I don’t need to shop somewhere that is going to act like I am trying to scam them out of a lid. Will not return.
So over price. So greedy coming from a place that gets their donations for free. You are better off going to a mall and buying brand new clothes. Plato’s closet who buys their clothes from customers don’t even charge this much. Thrift stores do better.
Yesterday was my first experience at this store I was very skeptical at first because of the reviews about high prices but everything is color coded and is either 25% off 50% off and 75% so you can find bargains. The supervisor thoroughly explained the color system and discounts to me and made me feel very welcomed his name was Brandon with blonde hair very friendly and helpful. I definitely will come back!!!!
Really great thrift store. Prices are fair, everything’s pretty easy to look through, and I ended up finding more than I expected. Staff was nice too. I’ll definitely be back.
Clean and organized!! I was very impressed! I got a very expensive leather jacket for $50. Fitting rooms were pretty clean. They had mirrors on the outside of the fitting rooms which was nice to have when trying on jackets. I will be coming back!
Whoever is back there putting prices on all of this is absolutely wild. Come on man Are we for real? Horrible just selfish greedy behavior right here.
Nice place. A good variety of clothes, toys, etc. Nice young lady at checkout. Only thing I wasn't fond of was having to pick through the clothes because the sizes for kids are just all mixed in together. But prices are mostly reasonable.
This treasure of a thrift store is by far the GOAT! New inventory constantly being put out - and it’s GOOD stuff! Clean, well organized, racks are full but not stuffed (so you can easily browse), very fair pricing with multiple tag color discounts (25%, 50%, 75%), Tuesdays are Senior Discount Days (55+ get 30% off), Wednesdays are Military Discount Days - they’re always doing 50% off days, too. Excellent music playing, multiple changing rooms to try on things, clean bathrooms … I could go on and on. Shout out to the employees who are helpful & friendly - and especially Josiah & Rosie, who always go above & beyond to assist.
