Customer service isn’t that great.
Not the friendliest of staff. Was in the store for a while before seeing anyone who worked in it. Only shop here because it's the only option our school gives.
The staff is super friendly and they help make school shopping painless.
Bit expensive and not really that great looking. I almost don't wanna dress my daughter up in these.

Poor customer service – they lost a long-term customer. This was my first time shopping at this store. I purchased 6–7 items, including two jumpers. After getting home, I realized the quality wasn’t what I expected, so I only wanted to return the two jumpers. They were completely unused, still had the original tags attached, and I had the receipt. My husband went to the store to politely request a refund. We understood that their stated policy is store credit, but given that this was our first purchase, the items were in perfect condition, and we had spent a significant amount, we hoped they might make an exception. Instead, he was repeatedly cut off, wasn’t even given a chance to explain, and was simply told, “We only do store credit—that’s the policy.” It wasn’t just the policy that disappointed us—it was the complete lack of willingness to listen or provide good customer service. We accepted the store credit because we had no other option, but unfortunately that experience has cost them a loyal customer. I have two young children who will need school uniforms for many years to come, and this could have been the start of a long-term relationship with the store. Instead, I’ll only use the remaining store credit and will not shop here again. A little flexibility and courtesy toward a first-time customer could have made all the difference. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.
The staff are always so helpful during the busy weeks leading up to a new school year. Staff was incredibly helpful with our transition to a new school and all the differences in uniform requirements.
