I'm not sure where all the positive reviews come from but on multiple occasions the customer service was very poor and multiple workers are rude. I won't get into specifics but this is what i have noticed and we will likely not continue to give them our business.
Small business embroidery and uniform store. Barb (the owner) and her staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Great place for custom embroidery on business apparel and uniforms.
Amazing people. I was caught up in traffic so I called and let them know am on my way. They close at 5pm on fridays but she waited for me until I arrived 10 min later, helped me with uniform selections and checked me out. Thanks E.Outfitters.
Not the level of service we expect from the local provider. Confusion when picking up an order resulted in a long wait and instead of apologies, blame was shifted to the customer. It took 30 seconds to look up the order and identify the corect location once the associate decided to use the computer (instead of frantically looking in the back and asking other employees if they knew anything about the order).
Amazing friendly staff, but at some point, it kind of felt intrusive when they kept coming up close to us and asking those questions throughout our shopping and asking if we need help multiple times and kind of felt like we were being rushed
It would be greatly appreciated if you updated your website to reflect they are closed on Saturday. I drove an hour to get here, and they have a note taped to the door that reads.... see the picture for yourself. This is unacceptable. Do better guys
I needed something done quickly for a very special birthday girl. These wonderful people made it happen. This place is wonderful!! Barb, Cally, and Holly are terrific. Holly was so patient and wanted to make sure everything was done perfect!! She even let us see how the work was done. Super place!!!
I ordered my student's uniforms an entire month and a half before school started but this other vendor ended up being severely back logged. When it became apparent that my child's uniforms would not arrive in time I decided to place a small order with Educational Outfitters to supplement. I placed my order on a Tuesday. They called me the following day at 8:30 PM with a question and my order shipped the following day. In all, it took 4 days from placing the order until it arrived at my home. The quality was great and price was good. I really appreciate how hard this company is working to get families situated for the school year!
