Elemental Energy is the real deal. Helpful from step one all the way through the final walkthrough. Spencer, the consultant, is very knowledgeable about solar and its installation. He answered all questions patiently and knowledgeably. Robbie, the project manager we worked with, worked quickly to get permitting and scheduling the installation. We got in touch with Elemental Energy because we were having some challenges due to the original solar installer’s work. Their team was very supportive over the phone, which was itself a gift. When Anthoney came out to assess the situation, I was surprised and delighted when he said he could reinstall the panel onto our metal roof and check to make sure the system was properly connected before he left. The panel has been down for months (taking about 1/3 of our 39 panels out of commission) and we have been relying on that income to pay for the solar panels, so I am very grateful to the Elemental Energy team!

Elemental Energy (EE) designed and installed a 10MWh per year rooftop system for our new home in rural Klickitat County, Washington. Q1/Q2 2024. We are very pleased with the design, design process, and the build of the system. EE communicated well with us and our general contractor so that we could pre-install the needed cables through the house, ready for the solar installation. The design and build process went smoothy. They installed in 1.5 working days. The system works very well. The monitoring system works well and is easy to use and understand our generation. We get parity credit from our PUD: Therefore, it appears that our new home will be energy-independent for electricity. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Elemental Energy.

Elemental Energy installed a photocell array on our roof a couple a years back. When we made the decision to install batteries as well, they were our only call. Our house was built in the late 1960's. Which means that the outlet plugs and other components that were installed back then (over 50 years ago) have become brittle. Jostle them a bit and they can fracture. This happened to the circuit for the room on the other side of the Battery install. Apparently they jostled the wires running to one of those outlets and it fractured it, disabling that circuit. It being a guestroom, we didn't notice it right away. When we did, Elemental did not hesitate to step up. I would use Elemental Energy again if I needed any of their services in the future.

I selected EE based on extensive online research and was not disappointed. They did a tremendous job in working with me and my roofing team to do the solar install. It went smooth as silk and I am grateful to the EE team. EE customer support is also amazing. I feel in good hands with Elemental Energy and highly recommend it.

For years we'd had a solar array on our roof but it didn't satisfy all our energy needs. We wanted to be Net Zero so we decided on a Ground Mounted Solar array and added a Tesla Powerwall battery -- we live in a rural area and generally have 2-3 outages yearly due to Winter winds AND given growing fire dangers, we wanted a mechanism to power our water catchment system pump. Elemental Energy sales and service and install staff were friendly and thorough and professional all along the way - in listening, decision-making, inspections, contracting, incentives, installing and follow-up. Installation was a big deal and we had so much fun with the crew, taking pictures and learning and being inspired by their enthusiasm. They all seem to be environmentally driven and I really appreciate that.

Garret (the lead) on my solar removal and replacement job due to reroofing, was nothing short of amazing. His dedication to this work shined through in so many ways. 1. Effective communication. He always let us know when he arrived and when he left. When working with Enphase, he planned ahead to get them on the phone line before reaching out to me and asking for my support through the app to give him permission to complete the install. This showed incredible thoughtfulness in minimizing the impact to his customer (me). Bravo!! 2. Considerate. Garret and his partner Garret were accommodating to our family’s needs. Shifting noisy work to different times to allow for us to have meetings from home as we both work from home. 3. Clean and Neat. Every day after Garret and Garret left the job site, I would inspect their work and the area. Everything was always left in a neat and looking professional. Garret took the effort to sweep the back patio where the panels had laid for the last month after completing the work yesterday. 4. Knowledgeable. Garret created a new layout that provided better access to the roof and will most likely create more production in the future. 5. Final Inspection: Yesterday he was caught a little off guard that I wanted to inspect his work after they were complete. We both went to the roof (which he said no other homeowner has ever done), and answered my questions, showed me things that I should be on the lookout for, walked me through the app and the control panels on the house, and even opened up the main breaker panel to ensure everything was in order. So, I think it would go without saying that his attention to detail, great customer service and overall positive attitude, sets Elemental Energy above the rest. I made it clear to Garret that if I am ever in need of any additional solar work, he is the guy I would be calling. Please spread this love to Garret and Garret. They did a fantastic job!!!

Our rooftop panels were installed last December. Installation was efficient and not intrusive at all. We immediately experienced savings on our utility bill, not really expected by us during Winter months. Beyond savings, our investment lowers our carbon footprint, feeling more relevant today than when we committed to the upgrade. The monitor system included is feature rich. We’re very satisfied with all aspects of the company and their products.

Elemental Energy initially estimated that our project would start in mid to late July 2024, but they fell behind and actually started our job on 9/9/24. They were very friendly, professional and efficient in the installation. Unfortunately, they got the pickiest inspector, and had to do many nitpicky modifications before the system passed. By the time PGE installed our smart meter and we were able to use the system, it was late October. We were disappointed not to be able to take advantage of any summer sun, but we are happy with our choice of contractor and would have them do another system for us if we moved.
