We had our basement wall reinforced and had new gutters installed. The work was timely and professional. We had one minor issue and they corrected promptly to our satisfaction.
Their service was excellent. Dan was very helpful in explaining what was being done on my basement . Dan and his crew worked hard and was very efficient throughout the process. Kept in touch with me encouraging me to ask questions. And when I had a question he would stop and give me his full attention. The crew completed the job earlier than scheduled. Even after they left I had a couple of questions concerning the installation of the sump pump and Dan and Ben made the time to come back and provide the service. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
I have used ESOL several times and have been very happy with their work each time. One of the co-owners came out after the work crew arrived to see how things were going. He also answered some questions for me regarding some advice I'd received from a knowledgable neighbor. He could have agreed with my neighbor's advice and added more work for his company but he told me it was not necessary in his opinion! That is an example of the integrity this company has shown me with each project I've had to have done. They provide value for their pricing, unlike their main competitor with whom I've also dealt!
Excellent work from an amazing crew. We had some crawl space issues and structural work needing to be addressed, and Engineered Solutions didn't just try to sell us a preset system out of a sales catalogue, they provided an individualized approach tailor made to fix our situation the right way. I can't thank them enough for taking the time to address every concern and explain each element of our repairs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high quality work. Engineered Solutions did an "ok" job on lifting my sidewalk. The schedule and up front payment was somewhat confusing with lack of communication even though they kept saying they were "detail" focused. The 2 man crew that came to do the work did an okay job, the concret was not completely lifted and they said they did the best job they could do and blamed it on the builder. I hate when one organization places blame on another. The crew also said the salesman who gave me the quote would follow up with me that day and it has been months and I have not heard from anyone until they reached out to me and asked me to do this review.
Our experience was fantastic. Kenny came out and assessed the issues while explaining it all very clearly for me to comprehend. They did great work in a timely fashion and did an excellent job on the repair (visually turned out way better than I was anticipating) and the cleanup after was phenomenal. All the neighbors even commented on how great of a cleanup they did! Will definitely continue to recommended this company to my clients.
Extremely satisfied with Ken and the installation team at ESOG. Extremely customer centric and detail presented, could not recommend these guys enough for waterproofing. As an update, ESOG is exceptional at maintenance as well. There was a very small leak in one of my PVC pipes, and they came out this week to fix it. Very easy to deal with and appreciate their employees.
Excellent service, professional team, and solid work. I have had no additional issues since working with ESoG! The construction crew made the entire process easier to get through with thorough explanations of my issues, and excellent customer service. Best foreman/crew of any project I’ve ever had to get done on any place that I lived.
I hired ESOG to repair sagging joists in a small 1950’s home with a very tight crawl space. It was a great experience all around from engineering report, to proposal, to install. Thank you to Ranj Hassan, Mike Lewis and to LT and his crew!
I have been chomping at the bit to get my new kitchen finished. Everything was going full speed ahead until.....screeeeech! Foundation issue. The house was sinking in the middle. A few days and a call to Engineered Solutions of GA, the house was raised up to where it should be and reinforced. The kitchen will be back on schedule. If you need a reliable local company to fix your foundation, Engineered Solutions of GA is a solid company to do the job in a timely manner. Marc was there to evaluate and guide me through the whole process. The cost was surprisingly not as scary as I anticipated. I have a few more tweaks to get a moisture issue taken care of and plan to get them back out to encapsulate the crawl space. Your home is one of your biggest investments. It is the right thing to make sure it holds up to the test of time, and if you plan to sell your home, you can pass on with confidence. I wish the previous owner had the same integrity. It is good to know that in a pinch, this company is available to help and bring back your home to a place that will last for decades and more. ❤️
